This film is directed by Subhash Kapoor and produced by Arshad Warsi & Subhash Kapoor. This film was released on 10 September 2010. Plot The film opens with Vishal Grewal (Mithun Chakraborty) a successful businessman and Madhumati (Kareena Kapoor) a rich businesswoman. Vishal is in love with his close friend, Sheela (Priya Sharma) and is extremely loyal towards her. Vishal is also at war with his arch-enemy, Karan Oberoi (Ajay Devgn), a corrupt businessman. Vishal throws a party at his house to celebrate his birthday, in which Karan takes part as a guest. Karan accidentally insults Vishal's wife, Madhumati, and Vishal beats Karan mercilessly. In retaliation, Karan blackmails Vishal, demanding that he hand over a huge sum of money or else he will reveal the truth about Vishal's past. Vishal sells all his properties in order to raise the money, but soon his businesses start to fail due to corrupt officials. His life is almost ruined and he is forced to beg on the streets. Vishal then takes up some more shifts to continue making money, but these jobs keep ending in violent confrontations with the authorities. Vishal gets seriously injured and nearly dies. Vishal eventually decides to skip the country, but his plan is revealed by Karan to the authorities and he is thrown in jail. Karan comes to visit him and offers him one crore rupees and a passport in exchange for his freedom. Vishal, however, refuses. In the end, Vishal's brother-in-law tells him that Sheela is still alive, but he does not have the money to rescue her. Sheela arrives in disguise and tries to give him the money but he refuses. Instead, he finds a small child and saves the kid. Sheela then tells Vishal that the kid was a former classmate of Vishal's who was trafficked by Karan. Vishal then goes back to Karan, begs forgiveness and finally gets back his money and passport. Back at home, Vishal starts to run his business again, and even wins a police challenge. However, to his horror, he sees that Madhumati has fallen in love with Karan. Vishal is heartbroken, and a few days later goes to Karan's house to try and get back his wife. After a
