Joseph Mastrando: Joseph Mastrando is a mental health professional based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After seeing a close family member struggle with addiction and mental illness, he decided to pursue a career as a mental health professional. He started off his career as a professional working in drug and alcohol recovery centers. After four years of working under the mentorship of a respected sobriety counselor, Mr. Mastrando opened his own independent addiction recovery program called Clean Days Sober Nights. The recovery house focused on combining addiction treatments with mental health services, which was revolutionary at the time. Mr. Mastrando operated Clean Days Sober Nights for more than ten years. He gained a great deal of experience while running the recovery program and incorporates many of the skills he acquired in his current role.
