Kyle Vandermolen's most recent work was with Solvay, a global leader in chemicals science and processing technology, as a Technical Services Specialist. He began his career as a Chemicals Coordinator at a US Steel Corporation Coke Plant, where he was a front-line shift manager in charge of a team of six union workers. He soon rose through the ranks to become Departmental Supervisor, in responsibility of supervising and coordinating the activities of four shift managers and more than 30 union workers.
