We worked with a top LCD panel Manufacturer in Taiwan and helped them to eliminate the overkill in their production using an Unsupervised Deep learning model and also detected the defects which are greater than 100 x 100 as Not Good (NG). we maintained total processing and detection time under 1 second by using multiprocessing. We are also rewarded for making 0% overkill and 96% accuracy.
