This project is to develop a list of products in the form of life insurance products available from several insurance companies from Thailand on the web.

My Responsibilities:

• Gathering Information from PO (Product Owner)
• Populate & Insert Data Insurance Product to Airtaible & Excel
• Creating TSD Document (Sequence Diagram, Data Dictionary, API Contract, etc)
• Finalize Document / Review with PO & Backend Developer
• Create User Guide for Internal Team

CS Engagement Dashboard | Jan 2019 - March 2019

This project is used by Customer Service (Sales Support and Telemarketing) and Insurance Specialist can not track confirmed sales (applications with status Paid and Completed) whether the sales are repurchase, referral, renewal or direct-non existing customers

My Responsibilities:

• Gathering Information from PO (Product Owner)
• Gather Requirement from CS with Product Team
• Create MoM/Summary Meeting
• Create Mockup for CS Dashboard
• Help product team mapping data
• Create User Guide for Internal Team
• Create Technical Documentation with Backend Developer

• Make Documentation API Document for each Squad
• Create Insurance Product Catalog Entry & Translation for each Squad
• Helps to create User Manual & Technical Documentation for team
