This 3D Render was based off the incredible bookstore Livraria Lello in Porto, Portugal. To complete the project, I blocked out and modeled individual modular and custom elements in Maya, did some fine sculpting in Zbrush, then brought in tileables and vray procedurals for texturing in addition to painting custom textures in Mari with a full PBR workflow. The inspiration of this project was to create an environment to convey the magic that is worthy of the way books can expand all of our worlds!
