In this project, we conducted a study using call service data as a case study, applying the KNN and DecisionTreeClassifier methods. Our goal was to extract new insights from the data and generate predictions regarding customer churn. Through comprehensive analysis, we aimed to understand the underlying patterns and factors influencing churn behavior, ultimately enabling proactive retention strategies and informed decision-making. And we successfully completed it within just one week.
