Peloton’s Business Model and Home Fitness

This discussion is about how Peloton is changing the fitness industry. In fact, Peloton has built a strong community centered on coaches to strengthen users’ motivation for exercise, but consumer behavior in Taiwan does not support the development of this business model. Therefore, I designed a social platform suitable for Taiwanese training users.
