This time, blood type and rhesus testing are still carried out manually by medical personnel by directly seeing the agglutination reaction depending on the eyes of the examiner. Meanwhile, the eyes are often affected by fatigue and saturation, and also without storing test data. Testing like that is less effective when carrying out large numbers of tests. With that case, a detection device was designed with the goal of providing information about human blood group and rhesus readings through a digital display that can also store the data in a database. This research uses ABO and rhesus systems. This research uses electronic devices such as LCD, LDR, LED, battery, ESP-01, and uses the Arduino Uno microcontroller. The process is a blood sample that has been mixed with antisera A, B, and D is placed on a detector. Inside that detector, will be illuminated by an LED and the light entering through the gaps from the agglutination process will be received by the LDR as the sensor reading value. The results will be displayed on the LCD screen and sent to the database and then displayed on the website page. The result is percentage value of success was 91.67% and the percentage of reading error was 8.33% of the 12 respondents tested.
