This Chatbot already closed and you couldn't interact with the bot because the project is already done. But through this bot, user can do various interaction:
- Send their personal Information
- They can have the rights whether Rinso team can used their data or not
- They can send their receipt image, that showed us they have bought Rinso Korean Strawberry products.
- They will get points if their receipt is valid.
With the points they have collected, they can have a chance to win a Grand Prize and Gopay.
During this project, i'm responsible from the beginning of the project until it closed. I tried to inform developer team all the tasks they need to do, the timeline, the dialog flow, the flow chart, and others. At the same time, I informed my team the progress of this project. When it already live, I provide client the daily, weekly, monthly and final report.
