競賽經歷2019.10 -- 2020.02 2019 富比庫校園達人秀競賽 參賽

競賽描述：此比賽是希望參賽者利用，OCR技術、字體解析、影像處理，來準確及快速的辨識圖片中的文字 或數字，可以取代肉眼辨識的麻煩

競賽心得: 雖然最後沒有得名，但享受到了與團隊憶起努力的感覺，大家都各自努力在一個共同目標， 也正式把學過的技術用來實踐一個專案，很享受這種團隊合作的感覺

1. 擁有專案經理、產品流程經驗: 
從與客戶初期需求訪談----->撰寫RFP文件----->繪製Wireframe----->規劃時程編列預算----->與客戶討論議價----->掌控時程與預算----->產品測試上線----->QA----->結案報告----->後續維護，產品的開發至上線維護皆有經驗，能有效控管產品的產生。

2. 擁有產品設計經驗: 
蒐集各方客戶及市場意見，如：使用Wix、GA分析網站後台數據，並與工程師、業務一同討論，修改開發產品功能，以此擴大客戶群和滿足不同場域、單位的需求。

3. 擁有提案報告經驗: 
規劃新市場產品，製作簡報、Word提案企劃書，在客戶端報告、Demo產品，並蒐集客戶需求意見，改善產品規格。

4. 擁有撰寫政府企劃書經驗: 
協助公司報名市政府研發補助計畫書，統整公司產品規劃新專案預算、人力、時程，針對要求規格撰寫提案計畫書，及蒐集應需文件。

5. 擁有程式架構規劃經驗: 
因具備工程師經驗，在蒐集完客戶需求後，能與工程師一同規劃並用Draw.io繪製程式架構，方便客戶、團隊理解程式運行邏輯。

6. 擁有軟體工程師以及學校專業知識的經驗: 
可以提供有別於一般PM更專業的建議與解決方法給客戶，並能在前線以最快速度回復客戶問題，了解什麼樣的客戶需要什麼樣的產品。

主要負責工研院專案，擔任計畫主持人，進行需求分析、報價、進度控管、QA，並與工程師一同規劃程式架構。

1. 標案：
RFP、簡報製作、產品介紹、提案企劃書製作、會議掌控。 
2. 專案管理：
需求訪談、時程控管、人員分工、預算編列、QA、會議記錄撰寫、程式架構規劃。 
3. 產品規劃：
Sitemap、Flowchart、WireFrame、Prototype。 
4. 數據報告：
Google Analytics、Wix。



競賽經歷2019.10 -- 2020.02 2019 富比庫校園達人秀競賽 參賽

競賽描述：此比賽是希望參賽者利用，OCR技術、字體解析、影像處理，來準確及快速的辨識圖片中的文字 或數字，可以取代肉眼辨識的麻煩

競賽心得: 雖然最後沒有得名，但享受到了與團隊憶起努力的感覺，大家都各自努力在一個共同目標， 也正式把學過的技術用來實踐一個專案，很享受這種團隊合作的感覺

1. 擁有專案經理、產品流程經驗: 
從與客戶初期需求訪談----->撰寫RFP文件----->繪製Wireframe----->規劃時程編列預算----->與客戶討論議價----->掌控時程與預算----->產品測試上線----->QA----->結案報告----->後續維護，產品的開發至上線維護皆有經驗，能有效控管產品的產生。

2. 擁有產品設計經驗: 
蒐集各方客戶及市場意見，如：使用Wix、GA分析網站後台數據，並與工程師、業務一同討論，修改開發產品功能，以此擴大客戶群和滿足不同場域、單位的需求。

3. 擁有提案報告經驗: 
規劃新市場產品，製作簡報、Word提案企劃書，在客戶端報告、Demo產品，並蒐集客戶需求意見，改善產品規格。

4. 擁有撰寫政府企劃書經驗: 
協助公司報名市政府研發補助計畫書，統整公司產品規劃新專案預算、人力、時程，針對要求規格撰寫提案計畫書，及蒐集應需文件。

5. 擁有程式架構規劃經驗: 
因具備工程師經驗，在蒐集完客戶需求後，能與工程師一同規劃並用Draw.io繪製程式架構，方便客戶、團隊理解程式運行邏輯。

6. 擁有軟體工程師以及學校專業知識的經驗: 
可以提供有別於一般PM更專業的建議與解決方法給客戶，並能在前線以最快速度回復客戶問題，了解什麼樣的客戶需要什麼樣的產品。

7. 擁有電子產業相關知識:
具備半導體業知識，以及對電子產業市場的了解，能在多元的市場中找到商機。

8. 擁有業務經歷：
 與客戶進行協調，能在滿足客戶需求情況下，帶給公司最大價值，掌握市場最新動態將公司產品成功推廣出去。

9. 擁有工程師工作經驗: 
使用C++開發後端系統(Fintech)，C#開發網頁後端，Python資料篩選，AI影像辨識，APP防色狼攻擊系統。

10. 大學時期擔任公關長:
擔任系學會及系上公關長，負責與各個系協調活動合作，並且吸引學生參加，擔任總召並舉辦百人以上活動。
