My professional history spans several years in various types of Customer Support positions, all which used a variety of different systems and software, already with a base knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Adobe suite. Over the years I polished my Microsoft Excel skills and learned about Zendesk, Asana, Slack, Airtable and Ex-Admin, among others.
I study Audiovisual Design at the University of Buenos Aires and I am capable of editing videos for web series, television, and films, as well as being able to handle scriptwriting and photography. I believe my career path brings creativity to my work in Customer Service areas.
I have a lot of patience to cope with intense daily tasks and I am a very proactive person. I adapt with ease, making switching between projects a breeze. I also believe my language knowledge (bilingual with native Spanish and advanced English) could be a useful asset for companies quickly expanding into different markets.
