Product management with performing trading system maintenance, QA/QC for new functionalities, deploying services, and monitoring all kinds of system alerts related to trading platforms. Coworking with cross-functional teams such as the business, marketing, developments, and infrastructure, etc.

1. Coordinating with the global Dev and Network team to provide solutions for the stakeholder.

2. Monitoring system, website and feed quotes alerts with 24x7, Zabbix, Opsgenie, and Zendesk for case management.

3. First line response to all trading system related issues with quick actions and troubleshooting to provide workarounds.

4. Azure Cloud/Devops Operation, network, also PC troubleshooting on MS Windows.

5. Full administration on MT4/5, Bridge, CRM, DBs, FIX protocols and other side systems part of trading flow.

6. Logs investigation, network infrastructure/hardware/software performance evaluation and upgrades, providing formal investigation results.

7. Workflow improvement with automatic processes based on VBA module, excel functions and PowerShell scripts to decrease human error.

8. Conduct Profit/Loss calculation, price/order monitor and Risk managements.

9. Initiate and hold training sessions with tech teams and other relevant departments.

10. Produce documentation for system instructions, projects, workflow, and manuals.
