Now this may part of my life may not seem like much to employers, but this required immense dedication, organization, problem solving with serious consequences should I make a mistake, time management, and good communication skills via phone, text and in person. Skills that could translate well into any field.

In my tenure I resolved customer issues in a timely and professional manner, frequently with first-contact resolution, leading to many maintaining their business relationship with the company for years to come.

In April of 2011 I was promoted to Customer Service Lead. On top of my previous responsibilities I was also put in charge of keeping records of services for each client as well as descriptions of their hardware and software so they could be kept up to date, and managing business expenses such as utilities, internet, phone, office supplies.
