自傳

        我是周采葳，目前就讀於東吳大學巨量管理學院學士學位學程四年級，個性活潑外向喜歡接觸新事物，並勇於接受挑戰。自幼參與童軍，擔任過小隊長、活動主辦人，在童軍活動中學會了獨立自主、做出完善的規劃，同時在各項晉級考驗中接觸到許多不同的項目拓展視野，並於民國107年取得國花級童軍。也發現自己在成長過程中發現自己對於人際關係有細膩的觀察，而且擅長團體合作、與人溝通。 

        大學期間積極學習數據分析相關知識，保持系排前10%。同時也修習資料分析軟體、大數據行銷等課程，了解大數據對於精準行銷的重要性，開啟我對於數據行銷的興趣。就讀資訊相關科系，帶給我最大的啟發便是「科技每天都在進步，我也應該如此」，因此培養我自主學習的能力。令我最印象深刻的課程是視覺化解析，我們的期中報告是要製作一家科技公司的infographic，對於我們來說如何排版、相關資訊要如何呈現都是一大挑戰。過程中透過不斷的討論、修改、分析及觀察別人的作品，最終我們也產出屬於自己的infographic，並從中學習到很多從未接觸過的領域。 

        另外，參與AWS Educate Taiwan Cloud Ambassador Seeding Program後更加了解行銷的重要性，相較於如何舉辦一場活動我覺得如何把活動宣傳給正確的受眾更有挑戰。像是其中2場線上講座的目標族群是高中生，一開始，組員們皆使用各自的社群管道宣傳但卻無法將活動資訊有效傳遞給高中生，因此報名人數很少。後來，我們開始聯繫全台各高中資訊相關社團或FB相關社團，希望他們能夠幫我們分享活動資訊，最後該場次的參與者也達130多人且講座在社群推廣的最高觸擊達18,000次。並於去年暑假參與2021 Google數位人才培訓計畫，開始接觸數位廣告領域，在培訓過程中藉由google好學堂考取Google Ads 搜尋廣告認證、 Google Ads 影音廣告認證、Google Analytics 個人認證。

        隨著科技日新月異，大數據已逐漸融入我們的日常生活，其重要性不可替代。行銷領域博大精深，而我也尚未學習透徹，希望可以透過這次的機會鑽研及學習更多相關知識，提升個人職場競爭力，同時和自身所學有所結合，更對未來職涯規劃有深遠的影響。感謝您在百忙之中閱讀這份履歷，希望能得到進入下一階段的機會。謝謝！

        另外，參與AWS Educate Taiwan Cloud Ambassador Seeding Program後更加了解行銷的重要性，相較於如何舉辦一場活動我覺得如何把活動宣傳給正確的受眾更有挑戰。像是其中2場線上講座的目標族群是高中生，一開始，組員們皆使用各自的社群管道宣傳但卻無法將活動資訊有效傳遞給高中生，因此報名人數很少。後來，我們開始聯繫全台各高中資訊相關社團或FB相關社團，希望他們能夠幫我們分享活動資訊，最後該場次的參與者也達130多人且講座在社群推廣的最高觸擊達18,000次。並於去年暑假參與2021 Google數位人才培訓計畫，開始接觸數位廣告領域，在培訓過程中藉由google好學堂考取Google Ads 搜尋廣告認證、 Google Ads 影音廣告認證、Google Analytics 個人認證。

        隨著科技日新月異，大數據已逐漸融入我們的日常生活，其重要性不可替代。行銷領域博大精深，而我也尚未學習透徹，希望可以透過這次的機會鑽研及學習更多相關知識，提升個人職場競爭力，同時和自身所學有所結合，更對未來職涯規劃有深遠的影響。感謝您在百忙之中閱讀這份履歷，希望能得到進入下一階段的機會。謝謝！
