• Responsible for multiple 3rd-party API integrations and maintenance, contributing over 50% of the department's profit.
  • High transaction volume system, peak 800+ transactions/s and 10+M transactions daily. 
  • Using various API technologies such as gRPC, graphQL, and RESTful.
  • Set up a media-type formatter to process different content-type requests from various clients and improve maintainability.
  • Set up real-time monitoring, logging, and alerting with Elastic APM and Slack.
  • After suffering from invalid 3rd-party payment actions(for example, double withdrawal due to retrying), which caused company loss, instead of just fixing the current bug, I took the initiative to set up a record-based system to prevent possible similar scenarios from happening in the future.
• Reduced 3rd party product integration workdays by 100% (2 weeks to 1 week) by building a company-owned API for 3rd party service providers to integrate.

• Responsible for on-call fast-response support, can diagnose symptoms, and implement hotfix under pressure and time limits. 
  • Set up a Grafana dashboard integrated with existing monitoring services (Prometheus, for instance), providing an easy and clear real-time view of server status and reducing error diagnosis time.
• Reduced deploying speed by 40% by creating a command line deploying tool.
  • Automate complex setup steps of server networking.
  • Prevented often-happening human errors and misconfiguration. 
• Achieved friendly UI with high extendability and maintainability with various frontend skills such as Vue.js, Vuex, Vite, and pnpm.
  • Used Vuex to store data from the backend and manage frontend component status.
