      • 為解決內部文件立案，撰寫郵件通知小工具，花費1周；實際減少同仁每天30~60分鐘的工時。 原市集會員刪除功能需額外撰寫SQL指令；進行改善後，透過程式判斷自行刪除會員並儲存刪除時間資料；減少同仁工時，由每周5小時減少至每周1小時。 
      • 每日圖文上傳易有缺漏(屬檔案上傳方問題)，為減少使用SQL進行查詢的重複性作業，利用shell script 進行資料庫與檔名比對，開發至測試上線花費2周；實際減少同仁每周150分鐘的核對工作。

About me


1. Who

我是政成，畢業於台灣科技大學企管系，鑒於程式的可塑性以及諸多程式開發的職缺釋出，於2017年2月份離開頎邦科技，於同年3月份加入資策會雲端JAVA班，歷經半年努力，於2017年10月開始於華苓科技開始軟體工程師的工作；目前在公司中擔任專業襄理(負責開發與系統分析)，主要擅長語言為 JAVA。

2. Why

2022年受到疫情影響，發現人才市場上對於網路、雲端、後端的人才需求增加，輔以遠端工作的機會增加，一邊利用下班之餘進修關於Spring相關的框架技術，如果有適合的工作機會也不排斥。

      • 壽險核心 - 承作等級分級規則
        • 調整目前鑑價流程使用經緯度之檢核規則 。
        • 承作等級共用規則模組，針對地址、經緯度...等輸入參數進行流程處理。
      • 壽險核心 - 鑑價報告類型擴充 
        •  依110年度需分類案件數量共524筆計算，以人工檢視需花費約18小時，以增加報告書欄位資訊(下拉選單)處理，資料表新開欄位，後續約0.5小時可完成原工作，效率提升約36倍。 
      • 壽險核心 - 鑑價系統 - 擔保品地震災害查詢
        •  輔助災害後檢視擔保品情況，提供地震報告查詢，並提供資料下載功能。
        •  改善原作業效率由平均2天縮短至10分鐘，使擔保品風險控管作業更即時。
      • 壽險核心 - 數位化鑑價資訊查詢 API開發(2支) 
        •  社區公設比資訊API。 
        •  社區車位資訊API。 
        •  可減少委託人工查詢鑑價資訊、公設比資訊、社區車位資訊，查閱及往返之時間。

      • 鑑價系統 - 模型優化開發者畫面 
        • 需求分析 、 功能規劃、規格書撰寫。
        • 功能 : 查詢、基本資料輸入、建議案例結果、模型結果。
        • 權限操作設計。
        • 原模型僅能透過系統取得每日結果，使用者無法自行輸入參數去驗證模型差異；將模型邏輯整合至開發者畫面，可自行調整輸入參數，取得模型結果，提升作業效率。
      • 鑑價系統 - 智能鑑價( optimization ) 公寓件 
        • 調整搜尋條件，規劃修改功能規格書。
        • 功能測試、驗證。
        • 畫面顯示文字調整。
        • 批次程式  - 公寓件條件新增。
        • 未優化前，每日智能流程抽檢率僅43-44%，致人工鑑價作業量繁重；優化後每日智能流程提升至73%，已可大幅降低人工鑑價作業。
      • 鑑價系統 - 智能鑑價
        • 智能鑑價批次解耦 : 批次原執行時間過長，根據邏輯撰寫業務流程圖並新增待處理資料表，將原批次拆分成3支批次，透過排程接續執行。
        • 未來交由維護組維護，可減少查找問題所花費的時間，根據商業邏輯鎖定異常發生處，也可針對待處理件狀態確認未執行原因。

    • 個人成就 : 
      • 關鍵指標 Dashboard 功能開發。曲線圖設計及按鈕連動設計。
    • 工作內容 :
      •  企業內專案開發、 主要以java , jsp , prototypeJs 國泰EBAF框架為主。
    • 個人績效 :
      • 進入開發10週，開發程式共 31支 ， 包含 模組13 支、主程式 15支 、批次程式 3支 ；開發人天計28人天。
      • 主要開發程式以新增件為主( 22支)。
      • 效能改善(DBIO分析)(修改件) : 案件查詢 → 將假分頁改為真分頁優化查詢效率(DB查詢數量下降至20次)。

eFPG 台塑網科技 |資訊工程師 
（使用技術 ：Java ,jsp, Jquery, JavaScript, Oracle Databases, Oracle store Procedure, Shell scripts)
    •  個人成就:
      • 為解決內部文件立案，撰寫郵件通知小工具，花費1周；實際減少同仁每天30~60分鐘的工時。 原市集會員刪除功能需額外撰寫SQL指令；進行改善後，透過程式判斷自行刪除會員並儲存刪除時間資料；減少同仁工時，由每周5小時減少至每周1小時。 
      • 每日圖文上傳易有缺漏(屬檔案上傳方問題)，為減少使用SQL進行查詢的重複性作業，利用shell script 進行資料庫與檔名比對，開發至測試上線花費2周；實際減少同仁每周150分鐘的核對工作。
    • 個人績效:
      • 與關貿合作之憑證系統由sha-1升級至sha-2，為了解決資安問題以及微軟IE瀏覽器不再支援更新，自2020/03 開始規劃並開發後端流程，自同年2020/07月開發完畢；2021/04完成上線。 
      •  市集系統Java JDK升級專案， 擔任SA並與三位同仁合作進行系統JDK升級之測試，自2020/06 開始至2021/02。
      •  為解決系統分流問題，擔任SA與兩位同仁合作，將Apach Websphere 容器轉換為Apache Tomcat ，並進行系統測試。
      • 大型系統的維運經驗 : 30k~60k會員人數 之B2B系統。
    • 其他 :
      • 維運小組Leader ，帶 2位同仁，規劃、工作安排。

Flowring 華苓科技(新竹) |專案工程師

  •  曾經負責過華新麗華_銷假單流程(開發測試上線約4個月)、上海三麗鷗_代理商標籤申請流程及相關應用程式(開發測試上線約2個月)。 
  •  Windows/Linux 環境安裝華苓AF(agentflow 引擎)、 DP(文管中心)系統安裝。

About me


1. Who

我是政成，畢業於台灣科技大學企管系，鑒於程式的可塑性以及諸多程式開發的職缺釋出，於2017年2月份離開頎邦科技，於同年3月份加入資策會雲端JAVA班，歷經半年努力，於2017年10月開始於華苓科技開始軟體工程師的工作；目前在公司中擔任專業襄理(負責開發與系統分析)，主要擅長語言為 JAVA。

2. Why

2022年受到疫情影響，發現人才市場上對於網路、雲端、後端的人才需求增加，輔以遠端工作的機會增加，一邊利用下班之餘進修關於Spring相關的框架技術，如果有適合的工作機會也不排斥。

3. Now

目前任職於元大銀行 - 數位創新開發部 擔任開發工程師，目前的工作內容主要參與企網暨支付相關網站功能開發。
