With solid experience in digital media in the past, I have injected digital energy into the Group. Established a leadership style of digital thinking, and drove the digital transformation of Next Digital to meet the tide of markets. Assist all brands, including “Apple Daily, Next Magazine, Next Animation Studio, and Famitsu(TW)” to integrate the virtual and real net-works. Covering areas including business blueprints, developing profitable business models and enhancing staffs’ efficiencies and productivities.
Enhancing the core competences of talent, data, social and digital service. Built team's abilities to provide total solutions with sales plans that meet customer needs. Effectively improved customer satisfactions and increased market share. Moreover, Famitsu(TW) has become the most influential game platform in just 3 months, as well as the social interaction rate of Next Magazine increased 170%.
Leaded the Group in breaking away from traditional media thinking and actively developing alliances with other industries. Such as development of iBeacon and data, and cooperation with “2017 Future Commerce” business show to promote TomoLive (Instant Video Interactive System) which is the exclusive technology in Asia. Developed immersive user ex-periences of VR360, and integrated online to offline marketing projects. Leaded the agency roadshows and CPBL live broadcast, and so on.
