自我介紹

您好，我是石芝羽，目前擔任實力媒體企劃，畢業後，從口碑行銷發跡，一直在網路行銷圈發展，從業務到企劃，希望為品牌端規劃更完整且有成效的整合行銷規劃，因此在這五年期間，透過主動開發中小型企業與專案合作上，深入瞭解品牌的經營策略與了解各產業的KNOW HOW，藉以提升對於數位行銷建議的敏感度。在擔任數位媒體業務這段時間，協助電商進行數位廣告上的成效追蹤，更加了解電商的經營策略與成效表現分析。而轉職進入4A擔任媒體企劃讓我更清楚大品牌在各階段有的不同任務，應該運用哪些數據及指標觀察受眾的狀態及市場表現，進而調整下一階段的提案企劃。對於細節的注重更是不容小覷，在數位媒體日益變動的時代裡，也持續透過podcast、閱讀書籍及雜誌的方式增加自己對於行銷趨勢的敏感度，希望能提供客戶最全方面且更近一步成長的行銷方案。


面對工作上的壓力，我會透過定期檢視自己的工作狀態，透過聽音樂、看影集、與朋友聊天及運動的方式舒壓。面對問題及挑戰，我不逃避，堅信從每個過程中都能得到不同的果實！

自我介紹

您好，我是石芝羽，目前擔任實力媒體企劃，畢業後，從口碑行銷發跡，一直在網路行銷圈發展，從業務到企劃，希望為品牌端規劃更完整且有成效的整合行銷規劃，因此在這五年期間，透過主動開發中小型企業與專案合作上，深入瞭解品牌的經營策略與了解各產業的KNOW HOW，藉以提升對於數位行銷建議的敏感度。在擔任數位媒體業務這段時間，協助電商進行數位廣告上的成效追蹤，更加了解電商的經營策略與成效表現分析。而轉職進入4A擔任媒體企劃讓我更清楚大品牌在各階段有的不同任務，應該運用哪些數據及指標觀察受眾的狀態及市場表現，進而調整下一階段的提案企劃。對於細節的注重更是不容小覷，在數位媒體日益變動的時代裡，也持續透過podcast、閱讀書籍及雜誌的方式增加自己對於行銷趨勢的敏感度，希望能提供客戶最全方面且更近一步成長的行銷方案。


面對工作上的壓力，我會透過定期檢視自己的工作狀態，透過聽音樂、看影集、與朋友聊天及運動的方式舒壓。面對問題及挑戰，我不逃避，堅信從每個過程中都能得到不同的果實！
