Conducted 10 years of Apache Helicopter mechanical, electrical and hydraulic maintenance, inspections and repair. Additionally, performed line maintenance as well as heavy maintenance companies over nearly a decade of tactical and private aviation maintenance. Training new and seasoned soldiers on improving the base skill-set of U.S. Army Helicopter maintenance, and repairing some of the most challenging malfunctions, troubleshooting and aircraft damage in U.S. Army Aviation.

Performed AH-64 Apache and UH-60 Blackhawk phase maintenance inspections within the specifications of AS9100/AS9110, under federal contract to the United States Army. Worked on Aviation Ground Support Equipment, along with power generation units, forklifts, jacks and pallet jacks.
Trains, advises, assists, and supports the Taiwan Army on all aspects of AH-64 weapons, avionics, and electronics maintenance. Performs hands-on demonstration and detailed explanation of maintenance tasks. Responsible for compliance with established maintenance systems, processes, procedures and reports that provide immediate situational awareness of unit readiness. Establish in coordination with aviation manager the daily maintenance operational goals, objectives and priorities for implementation in order to achieve stated operational readiness rates.
Work completed consisted of C-Checks and Heavy Checks on Boeing 737-400NG passenger aircraft. Other work considerations consisted of removal, inspection and reinstallation of Boeing 737-700C(Navy C40 Clipper) structural components and panels in regard to completion of Heavy Checks. Performed similar maintenance tasks on McDonnel Douglas MD80 aircraft on multiple occasions during my employment with AAR.
Primary responsibilities were to safely and proficiently maintain and inspect AH-64D/E Apache Longbow Attack Helicopter components to ensure complete operational readiness at all times. Maintenance tasks included 25HR/14 Day PMS’ 50HR Inspections, 125HR, 250HR and 500HR Phase inspections. Replaced numerous LH/RH Wing Assemblies, Stabilators, CPG/PLT Seats, TLG components, MLG and TLG shock struts and wheel assemblies, LH/RH Engines, Air Turbine Starters, LH/RH NGB’s, IGB’s, TRGB’s, Main Rotor Heads and subassemblies, IPAS and ECS systems, Hydraulic Servo Cylinders, APU’s, FCR’s, Internal Auxiliary Fuel System Tanks (Robinson) and Combo Packs (Robbie and Ammo Mag).
