1) Consolidate factory 5M1E for PVT, including material readiness/ LBU status (MC setup/MBO schedule).
2) Compile OK2PVT deck, including ENG build MIL & PVT blocker/ yield bridge/ efficiency bridge.
3) Hold Ops build (OVB/PRB) & PVT BOD/EOD & Ops meeting, daily meeting with ABC, including MIL/ yield/ efficiency with MM & action items follow up.
4) Drive manufacturing key index to meet target from Apple customer, including Yield bridge to 99%, Efficiency bridge to 90%, Epoxy wastage reduce to <10%, MMR improvement, TPM related Process Change Notification.
