My name is Chun-Chieh, and I hold a master’s degree with a major in computer science which was awarded to me by the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology in Taipei in 2016. Besides my major, I have also taken many courses related to computer science, such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C language, and C Plus Plus language.
As a result, I was employed at HTC, where I led the technical direction on improving the developer interfaces of our core product features and workflows, helping to deliver an exceptional virtual reality experience by improving the performance and quality of WaveSDK that Director Preview. I achieved this without using anything that already existed.
Later, I was employed at D-Link, where I modified middleware software products on Linux, such as the auto-roaming daemon from the Broadcom BSP to OpenWRT (MediaTek) BSP.
After that, I was employed at Cybertan, where I modified middleware software products on Linux, such as the IGMP snooping daemon and the software NAT daemon. In addition to middleware software products, I integrated IoT features into middleware for AP Router Devices based on OSGi.
Later on, I worked at Insyde, where I provided on-site support for chip vendors of Intel. I fixed an issue with the Android feature porting to X86 embedded system and was responsible for porting the light sensor feature to the software developer kit of the Android system suitable for the X86 embedded system.
Finally, I was employed at MOSA, where I was responsible for user experience design for software apps, such as the voice packet of a network cropping application.

Project Description:
Design and innovate the architecture and core functions of Android, while implementing networking protocols and features.
Job responsibilities:
Develop RESTful APIs to connect Android applications with back-end services (databases and other resources). Work on apps that support multiple Android devices.
Technology: Kotlin, Java, React Native, Android SDK, Linux and Git.
2021/11 ~ 2023/2 ( 1.3 year )
Project Description:
As a technical lead, you will be responsible for directing the improvement of the developer interfaces of our core product features and workflows, with the goal of delivering an exceptional virtual reality experience. This includes improving the performance and quality of WaveSDK, co-developing XR-related subsystems, optimizing game engine performance for VR development, prototyping and building developer-facing features and components for HTC Focus VR developers, and working with internal and external partners to enable future HTC Focus VR devices.
Technical Challenge (Direct Preview):
The project presents a technical challenge of creating a mirrored transfer of data information from a VR HMD to a third-party game engine IDE, without using any existing solutions. The project requires a ground-up approach using Java, C/C++,Unity, Unreal, Shell Scripts, C#, and Android technologies.
Technical Challenge (Direct Preview) : From the beginning, without using anything that already exists.
Technology: Kotlin, Java, React Native, C/C++, Unity, Unreal, Shell Scripts, C#, Android SDK, Linux,
2018/1 ~ 2020/8 ( 2.7 year )
Project Description:
The project involves modifying middleware software products on Linux, such as the auto roaming daemon from the Broadcom BSP to the OpenWRT (MediaTek) BSP.
Technical Challenge:
The project poses a technical challenge, as the CPU architectures of the two platforms are different. This requires careful examination and modification of the middleware mechanism to ensure proper behavior.
Technology:
The project will involve working with C, shell script, and JavaScript.
