自傳

　　我是陳心潔，在過去8年多的工作經驗中，擔任過總經理特助、專案管理PM，以及採購。雖然三份工作職稱不相同，但所運用到的能力，都不離「時程控管」、「價格談判」以及「溝通協調」，也正因為不同職務需要從不一樣的角度看待事情，在這8年的經驗中，我學習到看待同一件事情需要以不同角度及立場多方判斷思考，並選擇出更有彈性、最佳解決問題的方法。

　　在興盛工作的三年的採購經驗中，我負責搜尋新廠商、與原有83家供應商比較評選，制定預算、控制成本、掌管交期及品質管理。在擔任採購期間，我會緊密的與供應商聯繫，維持自己擁有最新訊息以利降低風險，在任職期間平均減少13%的貨物延遲率，減少在機械製造過程中的等候時間約1-2週。固定調查市場價格、判定產品生命週期，找尋第二供應商，預先確保零料件有替代的選項，預防並降低臨時風險發生。

　　我的個性積極、企圖心強、勇於面對挑戰並突破困境，對於不了解的事情都抱持著好奇心，雖然上課不比實做經驗，但我相信先有基礎理論概念後，會更能快速理解並上手，達到實務能力需求。因此我會利用下班時間選擇課程進修、充實自己能力，以利在工作上能更加得心應手，為公司帶來更多的利益。於是目前我為自己安排的是PMP證照課程，以及持續增進英日文的語言能力，預計將陸續於5月底開始報考及檢定。

　因嚮往日益漸進的科技創新領域，希望能在此貢獻自己的能力，使世界越來越便利並友善環境、貼近社會。希望能以擔任採購為起點，結合自我過去經驗及能力，並與公司一同成長、共享，發展出更加精實且長遠的職涯。

My name is Airker. 

I'm working in Shieng Shung Machine company, this is a factory majored in manufacturing automatic soap production machine. My responsibilities are make sure all process and schedule are going well and in time, communication and coordination with engineer or supplier, develop new suppliers to make purchases, communicate with Japanese customers.

The character traits of myself are as follows:

1. logical thinking, highly stress resistant, self-disciplined.
   Even the things are messy, I can immediately clarify the situation and maintain work efficiency and quality.
    
2. Event coordination and execution.
   Leading team jointly planned and completed twice of the recruit activities and a performance selection.
    
3. Project execution control and crisis management.
   Lead a team of 80 people from 7 departments to plan together, and continue to track and control the progress. In the end, the event with a scale of up to 130,000 people was successfully handled within 10 months.
    
4. communication and coordination.
   Assist staff in training, communicate and coordinate with people, stand on the other side's position and think in other places. Can contact with multiple manufacturers, government departments and customers at the same time without confusion.
   

I am confirmed that I am ready for taking new challenge. The reason are this follows:
First, I am ambitious and positive.
Second, I thrive on challenge and always set goals for myself.
Third, I have Independent with multitasking capability.

Along with those experience, I am looking for an opportunity in which I can make a contribution to the of the company, and hope to keep pace with more powerful challenge.
