1. 醫療體系電商系統新建案：

在專案中，擔任系統分析師(SA)、系統設計師(SD)和軟體開發工程師(PG)的多重角色，參與客戶實體會議/線上會議的需求訪談，負責需求訪談、確認、分析、系統設計、開發、內測，以及上線階段的準備。與3位PG和2位QC組成的5人團隊攜手協作，成功因應缺工議題、資安疑慮、商用授權、技術框架差異、以及需求變動等多樣突發狀況。

• 需求訪談、確認與分析階段：
  1.　與 User / IT 透過實體或線上會議方式進行訪談，釐清9個既有模組的追加需求、構建3個全新模組需求範圍。
  2.　 透過 Visio 畫流程圖、各階段執行描述、示意畫面等形式付諸於文件供客戶簽認。
  3.　 針對確認的需求項目，將需求拆解成細項任務並記錄於 WBS 上，以便追蹤統計進度、防止任務掉落。
  4.　 帶領團隊透過實體會議或Teams 線上會議確保團隊間對專案需求的解讀一致。
• 系統設計階段 ： 
  1.　根據需求分析階段的結果進行資料庫規格異動、新增欄位、異動資料型態與長度。
  2.　 完整規劃新增模組的資料架構、Web Service/Web API格式、排程架構於相對應文件中，以團隊成員使用。
• 開發/測試階段：
  1.　 依照系統設計文件開發規劃功能，並針對未規劃到的相關異動項目提出解決方案。
  2.　 主要開發工具為 C#、MSSQL，使用 TFS進行版本控置。 
  3.　 協助 QC 團隊確認需求範圍、規劃測試案例、處理原碼掃描待改善項目。

1. Newly Established E-commerce System for Medical Group:

In the project, I played multiple roles as a System Analyst (SA), System Designer (SD), and Programer (PG). I participated in face-to-face/online client meetings, conducted requirements interviews, and was responsible for requirement gathering, confirmation, analysis, system design, development, internal testing, and preparation for the deployment phase. Collaborating with a team of 3 PGs and 2 QCs, we successfully addressed challenges such as staffing shortages, security concerns, commercial licensing, technical framework differences, and evolving requirements.

• Phases of Requirement Interview, Confirmation, and Analysis:
  1. Conducted interviews with users and IT through physical or online meetings to clarify additional requirements for 9 existing modules and define the scope of requirements for building 3 modules from scratch.
  2. Using Visio to craft process diagrams, detailed execution descriptions for each stage.
  3. Decomposed requirements into detailed tasks and recorded them on the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  4. Led the team in ensuring a consistent interpretation of project requirements among team members through physical meetings or Teams online conferences.
  
  
• Phase of System Design: 
  1. Thoroughly planned the data structure, project structure, and Web Service/Web API Spec for the new module, documented in corresponding files for team members' reference.
  
  
• Phase of Development & Testing:
  1.　 Developing with the system design documents and  propose solutions for unforeseen issue in documents.
  2.　 The primary development tools include C# and MSSQL, with version control managed through TFS. 
  3.　 Assisted the QC team in confirming the scope of requirements, planning test cases.
