Dr. Mark Nelke
CEO and General Dentist with Nelke Family Dentistry
A longtime resident of Blairstown, New Jersey, Dr. Mark Nelke became an All State soccer player while attending North Warren Regional High School. After leaving the Blairstown area to secure his doctor of dental medicine from Fairleigh Dickinson University and complete both a dental residency and military dental service, Dr. Mark Nelke returned to Blairstown and founded Nelke Family Dentistry. Serving local residents since 1984, his practice now employs a second dentist, Dr. Carmine Galdieri.
Dr. Mark Nelke became a member of the American Dental Association in 1984 and a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry in 1986. He also completed postgraduate dental implant studies and ultimately became president of the Society of Dental Restorative Excellence.
Outside the professional arena, he has been an elder with the Presbyterian Church since 1985. He and his wife were married in St. Andrews Church five years earlier. A widower, he is the proud father of two children and a grandfather of three.
