Autobiography

         I’m Tzu Yuan Yeh, from Taiwan. I graduated from the Information Technology of Takiming University Science of Technology. In addition to undergraduate courses, I actively participated in information technology-related activities inside and outside the school. Also because of my personality of independent research, when repairing or assembling computers at home or with relatives and friends, I also solve them by myself or search for information on the Internet. Gradually explore the strong interest and basic knowledge of information technology related knowledge.

         I have been very interested in extreme sports since I was a child, and have tried different sports experiences many times, such as going to the sea alone, skydiving, rock climbing...etc. From it, I realized that my limit is constantly breaking through and breaking through again, and I also learned the ability to be active, independent, plan in advance, not afraid of challenges, and how to solve problems calmly in an unfamiliar and dangerous environment. In the subsequent project work, we can better face the difficulties encountered in front of us and the importance of the plan, and we can calmly analyze the reasons and solve them when the system is abnormal. I also tried many activities during my spare time, such as participating in basketball school teams, guitar clubs, hip-hop clubs, etc., discussed and exchanged with friends from all walks of life, and hosted and participated in many activities. Also because of the experience of participating in many different associations, I have a better understanding of the way people get along and coordinate the opinions of all parties. It will also be very helpful for my communication and coordination on the project and the allocation of manpower in the future.

         During my junior year, I decided to step into the workplace to take on a development role. There are two reasons. The first is because we know that there is a huge gap between the school and the industry. If we don't get in touch early, we will not know how to make up the gap. The second is because the salary of the internship is too small to support daily life. At the beginning, he was mainly responsible for the maintenance of the web system, programming, and business processes. At the same time, he has also been responsible for the program development of many bank project systems and government project systems. He has gone to Shanghai Pudong, Guangzhou and Shenzhen to participate in technology industry training for one month, and observed the rapid development of information technology in mainland China, which is life-oriented and artificial intelligence. After graduation, he worked as an engineer in Hexun Co., Ltd., responsible for the upgrade of Yuanta Bank's new imaging platform, China Trust Bank's monitoring system, and supporting the collection of Mega Bank. By chance, he was transferred to Yuanta Bank as the person in charge of the new imaging platform.

         The experience of the past five years has also allowed me to gradually explore the future direction. I hope that in addition to the basic skills of program development, I will not be neglected. I hope that I can be more sophisticated in system analysis, demand interviews, and project management. Accumulate more Experience in various fields, increase contact with project types, and increase breadth in domain knowledge and technology. In addition to the tools and technologies that you will come into contact with at work, you will also take the initiative to learn by yourself in your spare time. You are very enthusiastic about mainstream frameworks and technologies. If time permits, you will develop your own development as a side project for practice, and actively participate in relevant industry knowledge Courses and lectures. At present, I am looking at PMP-related courses to make up for my lack of knowledge in project management, hoping to enhance the ability and necessary knowledge for project management and control. Active learning and continuous growth are my development model so far. I will not be stagnant due to the environment, not interrupted by busyness, and finally let myself reach the staged goal, and then develop from development, system analysis to project management related positions. In the next five years, in addition to the annual plan to strengthen basic capabilities, we will continue to accumulate project experience, strengthen domain knowledge, and establish a development industry for the next ten years.
