【關於我：積極負責、勇於付出、彈性創新】 

「從撕下標籤的那刻，認真追求自己的任何可能性」這是我對人生的態度。如果要用三個詞形容自己，我想會是「積極、創新、樂於學習」我是個正向積極的人，在團體中我屬於比較主動的成員，常提出創新的想法，我也時常被推派擔任統整及上台報告的角色，除了有效率地完成自己的課內專業，為了增進自己資訊能力的多元發展，大學期間也選修「設計與行銷」和「網頁設計」的外系課程，將自己資訊專業能力，結合多媒體設計的實務應用，最終作品也獲取不錯成績。   

【專業技能×服務性質社團】 今年畢業於輔大圖書資訊學系，大學時期，我認為只有理論學習是不足的，因此，期許自己將科系內資訊組分析的專業，結合創意發想與企劃執行，盡可能回饋貢獻在偏鄉教育服務。不管是在服務性質社團，還是在參與教育部遠端教學計畫中，透過實際與偏鄉孩童接觸與溝通，利用換位思考與創意想法，去企劃夏令營活動與個人輔導課程，因為付出而換來充滿信任的笑容與收穫，使我謹記著「終於自己，勇於付出」的態度，樂於踏出舒適圈，在挑戰中學習與成長，創造自己更多可能性。 

【工作經歷：臨場彈性應對×解決問題 雙重技能實務經驗】 在大學期間，我樂於主動探索職涯發展，豐富的企業實習經驗，讓我累積臨場彈性應對與解決問題的能力。

 ①任職於HTC台北客服門市，由於發現尖峰人潮倍增問題，因此自主爭取開設「諮詢服務櫃台」，運用資訊軟體專業，從旁協助僅有操作問題的客戶，成功在一個月後，減少20%現場客訴案件，同時也提升客服滿意度。 

②任職於誠品電商部門擔任QA檢測，透過不斷試錯及理解前後台規則邏輯，在新網站上架前，協助找出因為串接問題而造成信用卡操作失效，以及商品物件導向失效等問題。 

【自我期許及願景】 透過豐富的活動企劃、企業實習的經驗，讓我養成在日常生活中留意細節，從中發現市場的需求，並進一步地提出有效的執行企劃。希望在未來的職場生涯上， 能繼續挑戰自我，並更深入企業與商業行銷，累積實戰經驗。 

Hey ! I’m ELAINE！An active and creative girl who is good at communication and dare to challenge! I hold a bachelor’s degree with a major in Library and Information Science which was awarded to me by Fu-Jen University in Taipei in 2021. Besides my major, I have also taken many courses related to multi-media design like Marketing, Web Design, which have prepared me for software programming in the field of Media and Information Technology.  

Therefore, I was employed at the HTC customer service center where I assisted the instructors in teaching customers how to solve operational problems on their phone. I also taught elder customers how to use software and device.  

 Moreover, I was not only active in the customer service center but also a quality assurance assistant in web development in Eslite. The experience brought me into contact with professional engineers and helped me improve my social skills when interacting and communicating with professional people. This experience also taught me how to work with people efficiently. 

Although I am a novice in this field, I am qualified for this position according to the requirements which were described in your company. First, I am enthusiastic about learning more professional skills in social media . Second, I have adequate knowledge and experience to support this position. Third, I have good teamwork spirit and communication skills due to my extracurricular
