Responsibilities 

A vast full experience designing and building mission critical and large scale systems focused on scalability, high performance and low latency. 

My current responsibility is to designing ‘Core Platform’ for hospitality solution called Control Center (aka CC), along with involvement in revenue critical company wide initiatives. Control Center engagement involved end-to-end system architecture for the application platform (along with the VP of Architecture) and integration with downstream applications. 

• Write the AD2 (Architectural Design Document ) for any new requirement. 
• Documented standards, guideline, and strategic plans to develop this software system
  
• Architect the application platform, including the backend, messaging, and UI layers
  
• Product architect for incorporating into third party system e.g. booking.com, expedia, makemytrip.com etc.
  
• Designed and developed rapid prototyping across different architectural layers, i.e. database, application server, workflow, messaging and event management, and user interface.
  
• Provide technical guidance and assistance to development teams.
  
• Interact with subject matter experts to understand the business requirement and design the application accordingly.
  
• Participate in preparing requirements and specification.
  
• Anchor for SON, tech review, grooming and code review.
  
• Primary owner for various phases of Deployment from Development to QA to Staging and finally into Production.
