◆Project: New product introduction of Yieldstar 500
Time:2019 - 2023
- Description: Brand new platform product for next decade back to factory for 2 work centers
-Responsibilities:
Lead system new product introduction to factory production line as leading engineer and team leader.
Earley involved and reviewed design in advance to balance need between designer and factory.
Bring NPI team to the Netherland and co-work with designers for proto/pilot integration verification and learn for build-up.
Set up internal training plan for installation team, co-work with the factory center to deliver training  video and VR.
-Main achievement
Lead 1st machine builds up as integrator in factory.
Above target in 5 pilot build, secure trained workforce with new machine build-up skills for new machine output needs. 

◆Project:
- Description: Lead process improvement and cycle time reduction KPI as leading engineer and team leader (Annually KPI)

-Responsibilities: Cycle time reduced 5% per year

- Strategy:
Lead SPC implement with PE and SQE to vendor for critical module./Study technical document to optimize process/Set-up regular meeting to let DE, SQE close work with PE

-Main achievement
Non-schedule down time in production by material quality with module down to 50 % , and cycle reduction over target as 7~9 %, target is 5% (Above target from 2021 to 2022.)

◆Project: Team knowledge build up
- Description:  Create structural knowledge transfer process in PE for new hiring or internal transfer

-Responsibilities: Make structural training academy for PE  

-Stratgey: Set up public WIKI for internal sharing and knowledge sharing in team meeting

-Main achievement: PE WIKI, training list and skill matrix for team management need. And demonstrate 2 new PE new hire.

◆Project: PE team engagement improvement

-Main strategy: Set up free talk  when newhiring join and be transparent and discuss information with team instead of making decision by my self only. Use a questionnaire for performance checking with stakeholders to quantify the performance in an objective way.

-Main achievement:  Highest engagescore i team leader from employ assessment as 88, and average score in factory is 74.
