In early 2020, selected for the NTU Innovation Accelerator program, garnered over a thousand sign-ups within two weeks of launch on the university campus. Presently, the user base spans various national universities, with user accumulation rates surpassing those of the past Dcard.

YouLink is dedicated to creating a social platform that bridges the gap between real and virtual friendships, allowing users to believe that online socializing is as simple and trustworthy as real-life interactions. While contemporary dating apps often prioritize external filtering criteria, neglecting internal screening, YouLink implements personality rating and interest pairing mechanisms to help users quickly filter suitable matches.

Managed a team of dozens, leading various departments to optimize internal product development processes, organize cross-team collaborations, and adjust task priorities. Planned company product development, schedules, maintenance, and launches, realizing the functionality of product design. Responsible for backend module integration, transitioning services to GCP, wireframe and prototype planning, and technical document writing. Used Git for version control.

Promoted data-driven digital management to enhance managerial decision-making capabilities and quantified management indicators. Conducted market research, competitive analysis, and existing product adjustments and maintenance, etc.

Established the YouLink brand image, executed product packaging design, established brand values, planned community marketing strategies and their implementation. Analyzed marketing activity data, including traffic, click-through rates, and unique user counts, and provided performance evaluations and recommendations.

Recruited and trained new employees, served as a crucial strategic partner and primary window for key clients, clarified customer needs, and maintained relationships.

Established in 1995, we are professional asset portfolio managers specializing in establishing mathematical models to analyze investment positions, avoiding systematic risks. Our main services and operational positions include global real estate development, urban renewal projects, investment return rate analysis, handling financial leverage, risk control, and providing customers with comprehensive asset allocation planning. Our asset development spans Taiwan, the United States, Australia, mainland China, etc.

Managed a team of over ten people, overseeing property assets totaling approximately 500 million New Taiwan Dollars. Executed a single operation worth approximately 200 million for urban renewal real estate development. Achieved an average annual performance of 20% across our properties, significantly outperforming the performance levels of the asset investment industry.
