一個基於專注力的相片構圖改進方法— 使用殘差神經網路架構實現
 PyTorch,OpenCV 

  • 學習攝影需要很多時間,所以我們希望建立一個自動相片構圖改進系統,以幫助新手在沒有實際指導的情況下學習攝影。本文首先將殘差卷積神經網絡應用於相片構圖的分類。知道相片的構圖後,我們希望改善這張照片的美學質量。
  • 我們建立了一種結合美學評估和基於注意力影像裁剪的方法,以改善相片美學質量。我們的方法表現都優於baselines的IoU和BDE,我們方法在CUHK-ICD資料集上使用影像裁減的表現為平均IoUBDE分別為0.780.059

  • 因出貨給客戶時須明確知道其區塊是何種瑕疵才能評估銅箔品質去進行裁減我們將光學相機得到的相片資料集在使用DenseNet去做分類 
  • 針對類別相片數少的無法準確分類的使用DenseNet的卷積層做特徵提取 接著使用t-SNE進行分群
