【金融業轉往資訊業,跨域轉入,表現亮眼】
第一份工作任職於永豐金證券理財專員,主要工作內容是瞭解市場上相關知識與各項金融商品及特色分析,開發並維繫客戶關係。因為常教導客戶使用電子下單,所以對資訊軟體產生興趣,後來任職於三竹資訊股份有限公司,從證券業轉換至資訊產業是一大挑戰,所以下班時間我一直持續進修,並珍惜公司長官給的每個機會。雖然我是跨領域轉入,但再進公司一年後,我已經可以負責前五大的客戶,在工作中憑藉著專業知識與細心服務,每月貢獻營收至少占部門總營收兩成以上,或與其他資深同事相比,自己貢獻的營收高出10%。
【業務與PM雙職能】
除業務工作外,我也協助專案進度追蹤與時間控管並有規劃過產品經驗,由於我有與客戶打交道的經驗,因此我了解客戶的需求,我可以使該項目更適合他們,並同時保持公司的利潤,以下是我曾經負責的項目:
1.【產品從0到1,需求訪談、規畫產品、控制成本】 規劃尚未電子交易客戶規劃APP上線,透過不斷需求訪談去了解客戶需求與原有流程並想辦法實踐於APP上,過程中我負責規劃產品與控制成本,因為是全新產品線,所以我會先提供產品所有線稿,讓內外部都可以了解所有規劃,並盡量可以產品化為主,讓未來有相同需求都可以更快導入。
2.【規劃並提案,實際導入line@,讓客戶無縫下單】 因為對於專案管理有興趣,所以主管指派我負責規劃與金融新創公司合作案,將該新創公司的line@導入券商APP下單,過程中遇到產品既有限制與其他專案時程強碰的問題,透過與客戶溝通專案先後順序並與內部溝通如何達到想要的畫面,最後在時間內順利上線。
3.【資料蒐集並優化】 我也協助三竹內部數據資料收集專案管理,每月會簡報與內部說明APP使用、點擊等資料,讓內部可以針對此資料進行研究並優化APP。此外,有協助其他業務與客戶說明此專案,並成功銷售出去案例。
四年多的任職期間內,憑藉與當業務的敏感度與專案管理工作,我培養了組織協調各部門工作與產品規劃的能力,透過個人累積經驗與市場敏感度將客戶系統化分類,讓我可以有更深一層了解。此外也有培訓新進人員,幫助他們可以縮短摸索期並更快上手工作,例如教導新產品功能、產品銷售技巧與商務簡報製作。

【Financial industry switched to information industry, cross-domain transfer, outstanding performance】
My first job was as a financial special commissioner of SinoPac Securities. The main content of my job is to understand the relevant knowledge in the market and analysis of various financial products and their characteristics, developing and maintain customer relationships.
Because I often taught my customers how to use APP to trade stock in this period, I got interested in IT industry. After that, I worked in Mitake corporation. Is a big challenge for me from the investment security to IT industry.
Since I always improve my abilities of sale skills in day off time, my manager gave me the chance to handle the top ten clients of Mitake. A year later, under my professional and attentive service, I could contribute at least 20% revenue of the department and handle the top five clients of our company.
【Business and PM dual functions】
In addition to sales, I also assist in project progress tracking and time control in product planning. As a result of I have experienced in dealing with clients, so I understand what client needs, I can make the project more suitable for them, and keep the company's profits in the meantime. Here below are the projects that I ever responsible for:
1.【From 0 to 1, Demand Interviews, Product Planning, Cost Control】
In order to make a plan for our client who does not have an online trading function in APP. I through continuous demand interviews to understand client needs, the original process, and find ways to implement it on the APP. During the plan process, I was responsible for the product planning and cost control. Because it is a new product line, I need to provide much draft for both internal and external parties can understand all the plans, I made a plan to be product-oriented, so we could import faster when we have the same needs in the future.
2.【Plan and Propose, Import Line@, Trade seamlessly】
Because I am interested in project management, the supervisor assigned me to be responsible for planning a cooperation project with a financial startup company and importing the startup company’s line@ into the brokerage’s APP. During the process, I had encountered the problem of limitations by old project and time clash with another project. I had to coordinate the project sequence with customers and communicate how to achieve the desired screen with our RD. Eventually, the project could be launched successfully.
3.【Data Collection and Optimization】
I had assisted internal data collection, monthly briefings of APP use, clicks and other information. Our RD could be conducted by the information and the APP could be optimized. In addition, I also assisted another colleague to explain the project to the client and sell products successfully.
During my tenure at Mitake, I have cultivated the ability to organize and coordinate the work of various departments. In order to have a deeper understanding, I systematically classified clients through personal accumulated experience and my personal market sensitivity. Besides, I also responsible for training new colleagues to help them shorten the exploration period and get started faster, such as teaching new product functions, the sales skills and business presentation production.
Further to absorb the latest industry knowledge constantly, I keep learning in my daily routines, such as following Evonne Tsai who is the expert of PM, reading《Business Today》Magazine, etc. I have cultivated the inter-departmental communication skills for making myself to be a more professional PM.
