Year 2022

* Leads and manages a team of 10.
* Lead Project Engineer on Proto-B development of FB-IRIS project. (Year 2022-2023)
* Lead Engineer on handling SPED and ECN products.
* In charge of checking technical drawings made by members.
* Created initiative in cost reduction activity, all documents and technical drawings made are submitted as soft copy for checking instead of using paper.
* Monitors and checks all members' tasks and progress.
* Checks and analyzes quotations to be sent to customers.
* Provides training to new members.

Year 2018

* Three months trainee in the usage of Creo 4.0 CAD Application, familiarizing manufacturing flow, and processes, proper drawing dimensioning, documentation, and responsibility in ISO certification. Familiarized company's equipments and know-how to operate drill-press machine, radial machine, hydraulic press, milling machine, bandsaw machine, Vertical and Horizontal CNC Machine, Welding machines, Grinders, and Jib Crane.
* Supporting Engineer on the development of Standard Carriage product. (provision of process sheets, designed jigs and fixtures related to the project, and supported in redrawing of customer's drawing for manufacturing line use)
* Supports Senior resident engineers in line improvement and troubleshooting.
* Lead Project Engineer on the development of Sub-weight and Add-on counterweight products. (final quarter 2018-2019)

Year 2019

* Engineer in charge of FBR Line, C-Line, and T-Line. (2019-2021)
* Lead Project engineer on Line Relayout/Swap (line improvement project) of FBR Line and Attachment line. (May-July 2019)
* Lead Project engineer on Lower Crossmember Weldment 2019 project.
* Supporting Engineer on FBR 2019 project. (2019-2020)
* Supporting Engineer on SPED (Special Product Engineering Design) and ECN (Engineering Change Notice) products. (2019-2021)

Year 2020

* Worked as Engineer and Line QC during the pandemic due to limited manpower. (1st to 2nd quarter of the year)
* Supported the company in creating and organizing the list needed by the SSS (Social Security System) in connection to pandemic financial support to all employees of the company. (May 2020)

Year 2021

*Engineer in charge of the analysis of raw material usage and inventory flow on IFS Applications. (Jan 2021 - Nov 2021)
*Lead Project Engineer in Proto-A development of FB-IRIS Project. (Dec 2021 - May 2022)
