As Center Head of Teaching, I lead the Teaching Team to achieve student, center, and company goals. I positively impacted the Teaching Teams attitude, performance and behaviors. This includes the educational quality of classes are in line with student needs, and the professional success of the team. I ensure the activities are led with a strong balance of education, customer service and student engagement. 

In addition to overseeing the overall academic success of the center my other duties include Scheduling management, performance management, event planning & execution,  general management, project management while being a brand ambassador for the company.
