• Lead Salesforce developer on sales enablement initiative that migrated sales content and collateral into Salesforce. Designed solution and carried out custom coded work involving Apex, Visualforce, and SoQL/SoSL. Responsible for overseeing and executing deployment. 
• Converted Cisco's global executive briefing center scheduler to an integrated Salesforce solution. Developer, Salesforce advisor for the team, and responsible for end user training. In the new process, Account Managers were able to save 80% of their time.
• Transformed Cisco's annual March of Dimes auction fundraiser by designing and executing a solution in Salesforce. Replaced complex system of internal sites, tools, and excel sheets with a Salesforce org that packaged up communications, metrics, and an auction. Setup 50K+ users, and responsible for administration, development, and training. 
• Member of Cisco Salesforce Configuration Team. Responsible for configuration, custom code changes, and access setup. Performed ongoing management of development environment space for Cisco's sales organization. 
• Mentored and trained peers in Salesforce learning series, preparing them for achieving Salesforce certifications. The group finished with a 94% success rate. 
• Led an application rationalization team effort within Cisco's sales proposal and forecasting service that decreased costs by 300K+ per quarter.
