關於 夢如 的那些事 Autobiography

您好，我是夢如，來自基隆市。

2009年自國立中正大學心理學系畢業後，進入中華心理衛生協會。協助辦理八八風災心理衛生人員的教育訓練課程。工作期間，學習活動規劃、計畫撰寫與執行能力，也常常獨自到受災地區辦理心理復健工作坊，過程中培養自我獨立作業的能力。為開拓自己的視野，轉戰至旅遊業擔任業務的角色，過程中享受與客人互動的過程及培養不屈不撓的精神。

2013年選擇澳洲作為第二個打工度假的國家，增加英文聽說讀寫能力及學習不同文化背景。在打工度假期間，大大小小的事情都要自己來，從房屋租賃、辦理銀行帳戶、電話號碼及求職，在在都是培養獨立的過程；你工作的主管、同事不再是和你說著同樣語言的台灣人，他們來自世界各地，讓我接受多元文化的挑戰。結束為期兩年的打工度假，踏上長達兩個半月的歐洲自助旅行，一路從中東杜拜出發至歐洲的希臘、義大利、瑞士、法國、英國、愛爾蘭、德國、捷克。這次的旅程，也面臨許多困難，像是義大利火車罷工事件、在瑞士因火災延誤時間而趕不上往法國的航班、在威尼斯的公車上差點被扒手偷了錢包，這些都是讓自己成長的好機會。

2015年回到台灣後，擔任領隊帶著國內優秀的廠商到上海、德國及杜拜參加國際會展，開拓視野之外也認識到台灣產品在世界的知名度。最後，在國立海洋科技博物館工作期間擔任外語導覽解說員，接觸來自世界各地的遊客，包含美國、英國、俄羅斯及印度⋯⋯等國家，分享台灣的海洋環境知識外，與他們互相交流是一件非常難忘的經驗。於2018年的期間，為提供遊客來博物館有不同的體驗，負責專案「潮一夏，探索秘境」規劃與執行，展現出領導技巧及團隊合作的精神。

踏入職場將近十年的時間，透過先前職場的培養：包含非營利組織中學習到的專案規劃及執行能力、旅遊業所學到的業務開發及能夠在不同國家環境下完成工作、博物館場域所培養的客戶服務、導覽解說能力，希望帶著這些經歷一起與和光成長並走向全世界。 本身的外語能力流利(多益840分)、曾經在澳洲打工度假兩年、也擔任過領隊至不同國家參加國際會展，與各國同事、當地廠商皆維持良好的關係，以上的經驗在未來與國外客戶接洽及互動的過程中會是一個相當大的優勢。最後，謝謝您撥冗閱讀完這份履歷，希望貴公司能夠給予面談的機會。

Hi, my name is Katie, originally from Keelung, Taiwan. 

After graduating from the department of Psychology National Chung Cheng University, I enrolled in the Mental Health Association. My job was managing training courses who helped people suffered from Typhoon Morakot. During my work, I learned how to plan and execute plans. Most of time, I went to locals by myself. Therefore, I was developing ability to work independently. In order to open my horizons, I chose to work in Tourism industry. During the process, I was enjoyed with interacting with the clients and cultivating flexibility spirit. 

In 2013, I chose Australia as my second working holiday country, in order to improve my English ability and learn different culture. Living abroad, you had to do everything by yourself, from house renting, opening bank account and activating new phone number and finding a job. Everything made me become more independently. People you worked with such as your supervisor and coworkers were from different countries, made me work well in a multi-cultural and give me ability to work well with others. After finishing my two years working holiday, I went to Europe with my friend, it took us two and half months. Started from Dubai and all the way to Greece, Italy, Switzerland, France, Britain, Ireland, Germany, Czech Republic. During my traveling, I met many difficuties, such as Italy train's strike and thief on the bus in Venice, it makes me grow up fast and strong.

In 2015, after returning to Taiwan, I backed to the tourism industry. This time, I became as a tour leader and with those excellent domestic manufacturers to Shanghai, Germany and Dubai to participate in exhibition. During the work of the National Museum of Marine Science and Technology, I introduced Taiwan's marine environment to visitors from all over the world, including the United States, Britain, Russia and other countries. This was an unforgettable experience for me. In the period of 2018, in order to provide visitors with different experiences in the museum, I was responsible for the project called "Chao Xia Xia, Exploring the Secret land(潮一夏，探索秘境)". It showed my strong leadership skill and great team spirit. 

I have been working for nearly ten years, through the cultivation of previous workplaces: including project planning and execution capabilities learned from non-profit organizations. Business developing skills and ability to complete work in different environments learned from tourism industry. And custom’s service and interpretation ability from museum. I wish that I could bring these skills and experiences together to my next job. And grow up with Hokwang(和光). Besides, I’m fluent in English (TOEIC 840 scores), and also worked in Australia for two years. Served as a tour leader to participate in international exhibitions in different countries. I was maintaining good relationship with colleagues and local travel agency. Those previous experience will be advantages during the custom contact process in the future.
