Building highly scalable, highly available and resilient services on AWS Cloud for 50+ clients, many of which are part of Fortune 50 companies in the domain of BFSI - banking, financial services and insurance.

• Responsible for innovating a web-based loyalty redemption white labelled platform called "ORXe" which is used by more than 4.5 million unique users worldwide.
• The platform handled close to 2 million order transactions in 2021 alone.
• Working with 3 scrum teams, having altogether 21 scrum engineers focused on improving the application with respect to end to end Order Management and Payment Management systems.
• Using concepts of AWS, APIs and micro-services and migrating on-premises applications to AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Closely work with different stakeholders to work out a release plan, client roll out sequence, prioritising backlog items, communicating the timeline and product risk to different stakeholders.
• Do competitor analysis/industry standard practices and derive improvement ideas and plan the product roadmap.
• All other product owner's responsibilities - Backlog management, Defining and tracking success KPIs ,Sprint planning, reviewing the work done by the dev team, stakeholder engagement , roadmap planning.
• Writing release notes and communicating release information to different stakeholders.

Achievements/Tasks

• Delivering value with a product named "Client Lab" right from Discovery to deployment  following Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Released 1 major version of the application in June 2021.
• The product has a user base of approx. 2,000 with a demographic presence in 2 countries. The target user base of this product is approximately 10,000 users and a presence in 5 countries and 3 continents.
• The product saved revenue of 1 million $  per year for Siemens.
• Defining the product vision and communicating it to the development team and stakeholders.
• Defining a short and long term roadmap and strategy aligned with the defined product vision.
• Meet with customers, partners, peers and stakeholders to understand and discuss requirements, define the scope of work and derive opportunities, EPICs, Requirements and Features.
• Refining the backlog item and explaining the EPICS/Requirements/Features to the development team.
• Define the business model of a product (Lean Canvas)

Achievements/Tasks

• Successfully launched a product called "TEXaS" which solves the problem of software engineers getting faster feedback for their check-ins.
• This is a product based on virtualization platforms - VMware and Hyper-V.
• Released 4 stable versions for a user base of close to 1000.
• The product is being used by users across the globe and is widely used in Germany, Hungary, India and Turkey.

• Worked with different product managers to realize an opportunity, which finally resulted in a product called TIA Cloud.
• It is a B2B cloud based application which provides enough flexibility for the end users in using the TIA portal.
• Until 2018,  there were more than 30 businesses who had hands on a freemium edition.
