An accomplished talent acquisition professional and freelance recruiter who draws on over five years of experience, Kyra Willans previously served as a recruiting consultant for Los Angeles, California-based Eleven Recruiting, a certified minority-owned business with clients in various industries. Her responsibilities ranged from handling full cycle recruiting for technical talent to designing recruitment marketing practices designed to draw passive candidates. She also leveraged her extensive marketing skills to develop and oversee awareness- and engagement-oriented social media campaigns and content marketing. 

Today, she offers career-advancement assistance to job seekers as the owner of Silicon Beach Resume. The company provides coaching, resume creation, personal brand building, personal-profile writing, and other services to help clients secure fulfilling jobs and obtain better salaries. Prior to these positions, Ms. Willans worked for First Media, where she served as the manager of talent acquisition and led a team of recruiters.
