Larry Ansell

Real Estate Broker and Entrepreneur

A licensed real estate broker for more than 35 years, Larry Ansell serves as president of Lazarus Realty Services in Ocean, New Jersey, a commercial industrial firm that specializes leasing, sales, and management for a number of properties. Over the course of his real estate career, Larry Ansell successfully acquired more than 40 investment properties, including many office and apartment buildings, in addition to 17 hotels in 5 states.

Mr. Ansell pursued additional business ventures. He was a partner in Hara Broadcasting, owning two radio stations in Wilmington, North Carolina and DHA Communications, Inc, which owned WENC AM radio station in Whiteville, North Carolina. He was a partner with Alan Colmes and Barry Farber in Daynet, Inc., a National Radio Network, attaining 425 affiliates. He co-founded companies including Transnational Merchant Services, a provider of credit card merchant services, and Corporations of America. He also co-founded several companies that provided medical alert and emergency response systems for senior citizens.

Mr. Ansell holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Marketing from Monmouth University. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Metaphysical Healing, a Master of Science in Transpersonal Psychology, and holds a Doctor of Science in Transpersonal Psychology and Complimentary and Alternative Medical Therapies from Delphi University. He is a Doctor of Ro-Hun Therapy, as well as a Doctor of Metaphysical Healing. As a member of numerous spiritual organizations, Dr. Ansell belongs to the Association for Research and Enlightenment and the Theosophical Society in America. He is a 33rd Degree Initiate, in The Holy Order of the Dove, The Highest of Honors and is Acknowledged as a Spiritual Adept. He is Ordained an Interfaith Minister through the Church of Wisdom.
