我有 9 年前後端程式撰寫經驗，在國外旅居多年，熟悉不同文化的合作模式。在疫情期間我有機會可以正式進入教育工作，這兩年期間我累積了線上及現場的教學經驗。。我熱衷於與兒童一起工作並幫助他們學習和成長，對我來說教育跟撰寫程式很相像，我善於將複雜的觀念拆解並以生活化的方式幫助小朋友理解。再課堂上我很注重每位學生獨立思考的能力以及個體的差異性，我喜歡創造一個有趣和引人入勝的學習環境。

在學期間父母提供了我穩定的經濟支持，同時也很開明的放手讓我體驗人生，他們尊重我在高中、大學時期半工半讀的選擇。除了工作及課業外，我還參與了許多志工活動。這樣豐富、緊湊的生活，建立了我未來良好的溝通以及時間規劃的能力。

我非常喜歡美国最高法院首席大法官 Roberts Rules 在他兒子畢業典禮上的致詞。在這致詞中，他祝福所有畢業生能夠遇到各種不公平及困境，不單單是希望他們可以藉由困境成長，更希望他們能學會以不同的角度看待事物以及尊重他人，成而不驕，敗而不餒。

我喜歡發現及創造，比起祈求平靜順遂，我更重視擁有克服困難及保持正面思考的能力。我能快速地以不同的角度思考、樂於溝通也不畏懼挑戰及變化。面對壓力時，我比較傾向將心力專注於如何解決問題及降低傷害上。

工作佔了人生最多也最精華的時間，我希望我的工作可以帶給我成就感也帶給社會正面的回饋。也由於與同事相處的時間可能比家人還長，所以我很重視人際之間溝通及互相理解的能力。

我很喜歡 Auguste Rodin 的一句話 : 「 這世界上並不缺少美，而是缺少發現 」（原文：Beauty is everywhere. It is not that she is lacking to our eye, but our eyes which fail to perceive her.）

我希望能讓更多人擁有 "這世界上並不缺少美" 的想法。只要有空我會參加一些志工服務，在台灣以遲緩兒童輔導以及偏遠地區房屋修建為主。曾到越南、泰國、墨西哥、菲律賓等地參加動物救援或是偏鄉兒童教育等志工活動。

I was a project manager with 9 years of programming experience. During the pandemic, I had the opportunity to officially enter the field of education. I am passionate about working with children, helping them learn and grow. For me, education is similar to writing code—I excel at breaking down complex concepts and facilitating children's understanding in a relatable way. In the classroom, I prioritize fostering each student's ability to think independently and recognize their individual differences. I enjoy creating an engaging and captivating learning environment.

During my studies, my parents provided stable financial support and allowed me to experience life freely. They respected my choice of working part-time during high school and college. In addition to work and studies, I participated in various volunteer activities. This enriching and busy life helped me build up strong communication and time management skills.

After graduation, I began a 9 year career in software development, with 5 years of remote work experience, which requires excellent communication and collaboration skills. I prefer an agile development approach to ensure systems function at each stage of development.

Personal Traits and Values:

I greatly admire Chief Justice Roberts' speech based on Roberts Rules at his son's graduation ceremony. In this speech, he blesses all graduates to encounter various injustices and challenges, not only hoping that they can grow through adversity but also that they could learn to view things from different perspectives, respect others, be humble in success, and resilient in failure.

I enjoy discovering and creating. Instead of seeking a "smooth-sailing life", I value the ability to overcome difficulties and maintain a positive mindset. I can quickly think from different perspectives, enjoy communication, and embrace challenges and changes. In times of pressure, I tend to focus on solving problems and minimizing damage.

There is a quote by August Robin which goes: “Beauty is everywhere. It is not that she is lacking to our eye, but our eyes which fail to perceive her.” I enjoy that we can find beauty or humor in almost anything from the right perspective, and that it can be a challenge to find that point of view.

I like to attend or host events focused on helping people and children going through a rough time in their lives; to give them some hope and possibly a good memory to cherish.

We spend most of our lives working, so I endeavor to improve the experience of work for myself and those around me. This is why generous, considered communication, strengthened by the patience to understand those I work with, is the key for me to an efficient and pleasant work environment, and the only remedy to a troubled one.
