My expertise includes full stack development and integration, containerization (Docker & Swarm), serverless cloud services (AWS), and geographic information systems (GIS) development. As a Technical Research and Development Engineer and the Section Lead of R&D team, I am responsible for technical coordination, architecture analysis, and evaluation. I lead a team of 5 engineers, including both front-end and back-end developers, and oversee the development of 10 information system projects annually.
The team's scope of work includes system DevOps maintenance, cloud architecture processing and analysis, as well as front-end and back-end development.

Built by CesiumJS with PostgreSQL, and includes python controlled 3D modeling process powered by Agisoft Metashape and Bentley ContextCapture Engines. 3D Models will be updated as layers automatically after the process is finished. Functions are combined in this platform including measurement, drawing, layers management, layer style control...etc.
Built by Vue, Leaflet as FE and PostgreSQL, GeoServer as BE. The purpose of this system is going to manage construction data online and paperless. Using PostGIS and GeoServer to store geometry data and can be interacted with construction tables to query via location. In this case, 1.3TB data of 17K constructions uploaded by hundreds of users are well managed by this platform.
Intergrate web GIS platform with LINE chat app to build personal and local serivces. The LINE Bot is developed to serve citizens in Taipei with multiple functions: users can subscribe preferred village to receive rainfall, sewer or flood notification when it reaches alert level and query monitoring IoT data around location where user gives. In this case, 2,500 citizens followed this LINE Offical Account and this LINE account serves over 500 daily interaction with citizens.
We conduct docker and swarm cluster or K8s cluster to integrate VM resources in customer's environments and deploy stacks of our services, APIs, crawlers. The advantages of containerized solution are efficient development, quickly deployment and services are remote controllable. My team construct over 5 clusters in various environments to serve platform and applications.
In each customer's environment, we build Telegraf or OpenTelemetry to collect monitoring data of VM/OS and containers. InfluxDB aims to store time series data and Grafana to display and alert. In some cases we also deploy ELK system to collect logs from OS or web server or open source applications.

I serve as an auditor and auditee in my department to ensure the quality and security of relevant information services. I undergo annual third-party audits for all projects and various organizations. I play a crucial role as a member of the internal auditing team and also hold the position of Information Security Technical Supervisor.
