儘管沒有工程背景，我仍然可以學習和適應這些工作職責，透過工作過程中學習與經驗累積，開闊了我在工程領域的視野，並且運用在實際操作中所學的知識，不斷嘗試優化與改善以尋求最佳解決方案。面對不曾處理過的問題，數據化的訓練讓我能夠更有邏輯及精準的解決問題。同時我也學會了如何跨部門合作與溝通，在與不同部門間的合作中能夠調整自己的思維方式，以更全面的角度來切入思考，達到完成共同目標的目的。
雖然已經離開學校許久，但有機會仍會利⽤閒暇時間持續的學習新的事物。賈伯斯在史丹佛⼤學畢業典禮演講 曾以「求知若肌 虛心若愚」這句話來勉勵畢業⽣，我也期許⾃⼰在漫長的職業⽣涯中，能要求⾃⼰擁有不斷學習成長的態度；對於每份⼯作可以發揮⾃⼰的能⼒做到最好。
