I am moueed shaikh, I have worked in multiple companies to get the different experience in sales and customer service and made big deal with Mercedes Mahavir Motors of their parts and working as BDM in a company called tilesample.in.
April 2022 - Present
My job is to handle all aspects of the company as it's a start-up-in terracotta tiles. Starting from i had generated lead to make business profiles on Google and social media platforms that I use to respond to inquiries and convert them into sales by talking to clients, meeting them, sending samples and more. Then, visiting the site for measurements and making a perfect calculation and then the important part is making a good quotation and then convincing the client. Then arranging equipment and labor, executing the work to perfection. One of the major sites is Kritunga chain of restaurants.

My role was to counsel for engineering admissions for UPES (Dehradhun), which is one of the most expensive (25 lacs) universities in India. For all types of engineering courses, like mechanical, civil, computer science. Where I used to convince parents and students why UPES. It was like counsel cum sales.
September 2019 - December 2019
My job role was to meet clients on their appointed day and time at their location home or office, where I usually explain about overweight and weight programs as per the B.C.A and it's all about 40 to 45 minutes of consultation.

My job was selling premium vehicles. Auto parts like Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar and have been channel partners with Mercedes Benz, where I did b2b sales partners where I purchased 2.5 crore for the company and I usually sell all types of oil, from engine oil to industrial oil.

I usually sell credit cards and handle complaints and queries from customers about all types of bank accounts, credit cards and all types of loans, and also use to sell credit cards and loans to Emirates Islamic bank, which is a group bank of Emirates NBD in the call center department.

I usually work at R.G.I Airport, Hyderabad, India . My job was sales ticketing, passenger check-in boarding, aircraft safety and security, along with cargo and passenger luggage. I usually do work on a daily allocation basis as per the management requirements to make sure the operations go smoothly and then I was moved to the newly launched international sector from HYD-DXB and trained on international standards of sales ticketing, passenger checking and visa processes..

At GE Money, I worked in fraud support. We used to handle data from F.B.I and Interpol and 60 to 70 bank data fraudulent where I used to look for any criminal person maintaining an account or look for any fraudulent transaction, and after that, I was moved into the credit card process where I used to handle and give services to credit card holders of GE and use to do cross selling.
