Communication

Through previous experience I have learned to communicate efficiently and effectively with both customers and parents. Also, I have gained knowledge on how to keep a professional and stable relationship with customers and those who are in a higher position than me. 

Patience

Both of my previous work experiences have provided me with the capacity to have patience with others and to know how to handle pressure. Working with children and parents along with the clients from the tax service has taught me how to respond instead of reacting and to know how to work in difficult situations.

Strong Work Ethic 

Holding a job position means more than coming to work an doing the mundane. I am coming to work prepared to learn and carry out the tasks asked of me. I have goals and I am determined to exceed them and work above and beyond in any position that I am in.
