I ran my own cleaning business. I cleaned cabins that got rented out, residential homes, rentals, just renovated. I done just small like everyday cleanings or deep spring cleanings. All of the cabins i cleaned had a personal pool and hot tub so i had to drain and clean those as well as mantience them.**I started this business myself and i ran it myself.

Took Calls with a headset from people who had fraud on there accounts (thru bank of america, it could be fraud money stolen, or something to do with the merchant). Id have to ask questions and see if it was a merchant problem or a problem where someone was stealing money. Then if it was a merchant's issue id tell them they needed to call them (and id offer to transfer them to the merchant, if they agreed id get the number call them introduce myself and the problem then transfer the customer over). If it was somebody stealing money then id have to file a fraud claim and flag the transactions. Do the claim and let them know if it was someone they knew that the bank could press charges. Then id have to close out there card and order them a new one and let them know if they bank was gonna reimburse them or if theyd wanna investigate before they gave them any money back.. The goal was to file as few fraud claims. So if someone called in saying they had fraud and you opened up the fraud claim and started it and as i done more research on the charge it was from an online company (the charge showed up as something else so with further research i found the actual companies name), they remembered then that they did do the purchase but the claim was alreaedy started then id go to the end of the claim and click that customer remembered the transaction and they did it (you'd click on rebutle). So you almost did a claim but helped them figure out that it wasnt fraud and you helped them thru it then you'd get a bonus for that. Also how fast you could get on the phone and get a claim filed and everything done as fast as possible without rushing the customer you'd get bonuses as well..**I always had 5+ rebutles a week and i could get most customers on the phone get everything answered and claim filed in about 4 minutes..**I was in the top 5 with rebutles and fastest times filing a claim.
Help people with developmental disabilities to live a normal life. Sit at home with them and help them do everyday activities. Also had to do 24 HR documentation for the state about what they were doing how their day was going and pretty much just everything that went on. Heres some of helping them live daily lives (Get up and get ready for work, Cook for them, Clean or assist them in cleaning, Administer medications, take them to doctor appointments, Help them do daily activities/hobbies, Assist/or bath them, do grocery shopping, get them/assist in getting ready for bed etc)***I also had to get CPR trained, First aid Training, CPI Training (So your trained on what to do if your client has a behavorial while your working or while out on an outing), I had to get Medication Administration (you have to take a state certified test and pass it).
Built parts by hand to then be run thru the furnace. Then id go over to the line where they come out of the furnace and id inspect the parts. Good parts would be stacked and packed bad ones would be stacked in a bin to be sent back over to be fixed. Had to do all documentation for all parts and packed parts to go over to shipping. This was a very fast paced job. You was always moving from front of furnace to back and had to do documentation on everything.
