自傳

       我的名字是林修弘,居住在台南市,除了從小生長的土地外,有機會我也期待能到各地多看看。因為對於環境相關的議題很感興趣,所以我選擇森林系就讀,在就讀國立中興大學的那段時光中,我參與系上事務如宿營與橋藝社團活動,從中獲得許多技能與經驗,在大四的專題討論中,幸獲蘇裕昌教授的指導,並各位老師的認同而取得不錯的成績,幾經思考後決定朝向學術的路線發展,故取得學士學位後,於同年考取台灣大學研究所。 在台大碩士生涯中,我加入林法勤老師的生物材料力學暨加工研究室,進行有關於生質能源發電研究,並協助老師研究生物複合材料與結構力學,受到台大自由與學術氣息濃厚的校風所影響,在課業之餘我也參與研究生協會舉辦研習講座,協助台大研究生參與公共事務,以及與相同愛好運動的朋友創辦健體健美社,以社團力量請教練指導同學正確的運動知識及飲食觀念。為了充實學識,我選修能源科技學程以增進我在新能源材料開發的應用範圍,畢業後短暫於林法勤老師研究室擔任助理,主要負責國科會「生質能應用開發及相關污染防治技術聯盟」研究計畫。
        在台大研究計畫結束後,我藉由學長介紹於益廣營造股份有限公司任職營造工程師,主要負責台北市文山區仙跡岩風景區擋土牆設施改善及登山步道維護工程,在工程期滿後,經由公共工程承辦人推薦進入臺北市政府大地工程處擔任約聘工程管理師,主要業務為台北市士林區內雙溪自然中心管理及草藥園區設施規劃,台北市文山區山坡地工程管理及違規開發取締。雖然市政府工作穩定,但是約聘職位較無保障,因此契約期滿後我選擇加入永豐餘消費品公司擔任研發工程師,主要執行業務包含:
1. 新產品開發:以消費者質化問卷分析進行產品精進及開發,如五月花及Costco OEM。或是依照客戶需求研發特殊紙張,如吸水紙,高透氣型紙。 2. 纖維材料及新型藥劑研究:利用不同纖維及藥劑再與專利技術搭配,可分為濕端添加與加工塗佈,增加產品競爭力。
 3. 設備機台最佳化調整及整改:新設備的投資與新品開發有關,因此在設備操作及調整必須符合產品需求如加工機構摺疊紙張的平整性,魯式幫浦供給真空最佳值,機械手臂夾取產品數量等。舊設備整改亦會針對需求與生產單位討論相關事宜,如伸展轆角度配置,壓花壓力的調控,機械手指位置的校正等。
        基於上述學經歷,我有溝通能力、積極效率、學習力強等特質與能力,相信我能勝任這份工作,希望有機會可以貢獻所學。
