I don't have a fancy degree, yet I'm still confident that I would be a perfect fit for a position within your company, as my experience and abilities precisely match your requirements.
I feel that I come to you with a background that is unique and distinctive from other applicants. I learnt backwards and had to take on tasks that I wasn't chronologically prepared for, yet I've thrived. After building a music career over the years, I am currently working with Teyana Taylor & Kanye West's engineer Mike Snell.
We spent the last 8 months lunching an independent record label together and are currently working with Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun's company (740Project) to launch our first artist signed to our label. Mike Snell & his business partner Keith Turner are currently in NZ, executing the next phase and to also enrich our music industry with networks and knowledge in collaboration with the Phoenix Summit which i planned and executed with Hamish Pinkham.
This venture does not require my time and energy anymore as I was instrumental in the formation of the team and connecting the right people. This is a slow process and I have accomplished enough to be able to get back in to the workforce in order to make a living while my music career takes its due process over the next 12-24 months.
My core strengths include, but are not limited to the following:
● Prioritising clients' needs in order to have longevity in the relationships formed.
● Putting together professional teams of people, who are all pulling in the same direction especially in creative projects.
● Ensuring high standards are constantly maintained in every field from appearance & management to administration.
● Artist Development
● Sales & Marketing utilising psychology of sales & influencer based campaigns
I would welcome the chance to meet you for an interview, where we would be able to discuss in greater detail the value and strength I can bring to your already established company.
As Team Leader I represented “Streets” in selling their products and made a great contribution to the profit as well as being placed as Team Leader for the following 2 years where I motivated staff into making record-breaking sales at the events.
I was part of the team responsible for the promotions, marketing and organisation for nightclubs and party brands such as: 1885/ Basement, THE BLACK CLUB, LOOPED, Reign & Pour, Elijah Blue while simultaneously being the creative director for digital media company SNAPPER ONLINE partnered with the owner Andre Kong.
I am currently an emerging artist within the music industry. I was also appointed as the Executive A&R for a newly founded independent record label in NZ, due to my networks and abilities as a song-writer and artist developer.
From here on in, the label's direction is set and the artist I developed is being primed and prepared to scale the industry with the top producers, engineers and marketers in the music industry abroad taking interest and assisting with resources and network.
My duties consisted of organising logistics, structure, branding, artist development and project management for the label.
I have completed the “Training Assistance Program” that Teletech offered under the mentoring and guidance of Sohan Gokharn and Kapil Asrani the Training Supervisors for the company worldwide. I have also completed and passed the “Advance! Team Leadership” Program which Teletech/ Revana offered to potential-filled agents in order to equip us with leadership skills as well as adaptive coaching skills.

I am the Sr. Sales Manager for running the Fairfax Media and Facebook client programs for Teletech Incorporated/ Revana in Auckland, New Zealand and Manila, Philippines.
I first met Mezmure Tekeste at the end of September, 2013. One of the sales managers reporting to me is a friend of Mr. Tekeste and introduced us as he had the specific hiring profile for our business. After meeting with Mr. Tekeste, I noticed that he was not only a people-person, but an intelligent young individual.
Mr. Tekeste was asked to apply and after completing an assessment period and two rounds of interviews, he was extended an offer of employment. Mr. Tekeste shared his struggles in life due to being a young adult in a transition period. He was afraid to transition from his job, at that time, in fear of hopping around too much. However, by the end of October Mr. Tekeste researched our company and found a new interest as he noted that we were one of the top BPO's (Business Process Outsourcers) in the world and he decided to pursue a career at Teletech. From the first month of training/induction right through to his end of employment where he left us for creative endeavours, Mr. Tekeste had been an outstanding employee. He was appointed as 2nd in Command (2IC) of his team after 30 days of employment/ training due to his work ethic, sales skills, and leadership qualities. He generated revenue exceeding $22,000.00 for our company within his first week of being on the floor after training.
He has actively been mentoring his peers and coaching them to be better personally, as well as professionally. He takes pride in his work and has set the example for his peers within the company. In January 2014, Mr. Tekeste was one of the first three sales professionals, of over 300 globally, to be selected in our company to be a training assistant for our new employees. He graduated from his Training Assistant Program and was then accepted into the "Advance Team Leadership Program." With the knowledge Mr. Tekeste has gained from the Training Assistance Program along with the Advance Program, he was well prepared for a leadership role within our executive leadership team in our company if he had not pursued his passion in music.
I can confidently say that Mr. Tekeste is an outstanding individual and I have confidence in his abilities. He was an asset to my operation and a pleasure to be around as he is a young charismatic character. This letter is a commendation from me to say that Mr. Tekeste has come a long way since his 'job-to-job' days and is securing a bright future of endless possibilities and growth within his own pursuits.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Warmest Regards,
Kellie Grimm Sr. Sales Manager Teletech Incorporated/ Revana

To whom it may concern:
I would like to recommend Mezmure Tekeste as a candidate for the position he has applied for with you. In his position as an Outbound Sales Representative, Mez was employed at the Mount Eden TeleTech office from 2013 to 2014. Mez had done an excellent job in his former position, especially as my training assistant when he was selected as one of the first three training assistants on the TAP (Training Assistance Program).
He has excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to command class control and draw in people's attention, is extremely enthusiastic, can work independently, has the patience to coach others and is able to effectively multi-task to ensure that all training/ facilitation tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Mez was always willing to learn new things regarding training dynamics, as well as always willing to offer his assistance even after completing his TAP; and has had an excellent rapport with all my trainees and other constituents of the TeleTech office including clients, team leaders, managers, the site director and his peers. Mez was an asset to TeleTech and would certainly be one to your business
I confidently recommend him for any role/ endeavour he chooses to pursue that is training or sales related.
Kindest regards,
Pouria Asghari
