As a BU head, I am in charge of profit and loss, and drive the growth of the BU by establishing growth plans for existing products, effectively manage their life cycle and innovation. Also, I explore and analyze market trends and identify new opportunities in assigned region with global team.


Major Accomplishments: 

  • During my two year of this role, the revenue growth rate of Whoscall is 60% (2022, YoY) and 82% (2023 forecast, YoY), with good operational efficiency that margin matins average 68%. The growth rate surpass the record Whoscall had since 2012 has been create, and proven to market its potential as a SaaS company which been asked annual growth rate should meets 40%.
  • I lead the business unit with more than 60 members belong global marketing and product team, directly lead 10 product managers to achieve the goal of company according the my strategy 'Dual Path of Product Strategy': 
    • Path 1-Mastering Core Strengths, Caller ID & Revenue Growth : In this path, I located 80% of BU's members to improve operational efficiency based on the actual service (Caller ID) and actual business model (ADs & IAP) , this makes Thailand become the No.1 market we server surpass Taiwan. And keep evaluate new market to penerstration such as Philippine, Myanmar and Cambodia. 
    • Path 2-Diversifying Reach New Channels and Addressing Scams : In this path, I located 20% of BU's member to evolve Whoscall from Caller-ID become a Communication Anti-Fraud App to sustain the feature's growth, initiatives like launching WhatsApp caller ID and the URL Scanner for scam detection have resonated well with our users, attracting a younger demographic.

  • Launch new feature 'Smart SMS Assistant' for subscribers which allow them can easily manage SMS and scan the fraud content or URL before read or click it. This feature blocked more than 52M scam on SMS in 2021, showed Whoscall has the ability to protect users from SMS scams which was grow fast during Covid-19.
