技的得分能力，最後球隊落敗又如何?五根手指，有長有短、有粗有細，五個各有千秋的球員聚
在一起，才能產生出迷人的化學反應，籃球的精神也在於此」我將這個"化學效應"應用在我的日
常，無論是球場上或是工作，皆有深刻的體會，團隊合作不只是共同分擔，也是經驗的傳承、互
補，在完成一場比賽或是專案，成員們都能學習到最多，無論結果如何，我們都在這次合作中相
互學習，也更能體會彼此的辛勞，從此之後我更樂於分享自己的經驗。

在加入御諾資訊約半年後，主管託付了我兼任QA的職責，一方面抓Bug並協助或提供同仁修正
程式問題的辦法，另一方面則測試專案功能，撰寫TDD文件，導入Selenium自動化測試，並舉辦
技術分享會來分享Selenium的實作方式及注意事項，不僅提高了程式品質，也大大縮短QA測試
的時程。
【求知慾】
在兼任QA初期，為了更加瞭解QA領域的知識，花了約一周的時間看完
「The Clean Coder 無暇程式碼番外篇-專業程式設計師的生存之道」及
「Test-Driven Development學習手冊」，並將書中內容與主管分享且實際應用於後續的QA流程
中。而在支援開發期間仍不斷吸收新的技術相關知識(新版本語法糖、React、Next.js…等)，
並在後續其他專案中實際應用React做最小可行性產品（Minimum Viable Product）
【職涯目標】
