由於大學與研究所的設計背景,我是一位具設計思維的產品開發者,開發過獲得40項以上國際設計獎項的產品,也做過單月千萬訂單的產品,並且善於利用實際數據佐證產品的成效。

I’m good at building product and developing businesses, and I prefer to do those both ways for work. 


I failed to start my own business, and I have helped others to succeed. I participated twice in the recruitment of every partner in my team. I have been managed for 35 members, and building team with high unity. 


Design thinking and data driven mindset is already into my product developing process. Those products not only won for 40+ international design awards, but also with tens of millions of orders per month.

將來商業銀行

企金產品負責人 | 資深策略經理 (2020/05-仍在職)

將來商業銀行是台灣第一批純網路銀行,其特點為無實體分行、無業務員可推廣銀行服務。因此在資深策略經理一職,主要任務為找到具有大量用戶的網路服務、實體通路,透過合作獲取客戶以及曝光,並且從構思規劃開始,一路與團隊夥伴落地執行每一項規劃與推廣。


生態圈業務開發:任策略部門生態圈業務開發專案負責人,以不同客群的服務、企業為合作目標,制定戰略合作框架與撰寫標準化開發流程與團隊一同執行。除透過自有人脈接觸外,也透過陌生開發經歷找到各公司的合作窗口,並達成以下相關成績:

  • 直接開發合作夥伴:約50間合作夥伴,包含GoShare、FoodPanda、星宇航空等合作夥伴,除談定商業條件外,同時規劃曝光策略
  • 協助團隊開發合作夥伴:提供相關工具、素材以及標準化開發方式給團隊夥伴使用。成功洽談約20間合作夥伴,如7-11、Wemo等公司
企業金融產品負責人:制定與規劃將來銀行發展法人金融相關業務產品,並且同步與法務、法遵、風控等部門合作,推動主管機關與銀行公會修改《數位存款帳戶作業範本》之具體條文修改,符合目前產品規劃執行方向。

新加坡Axinan公司

B2B負責人 | 資深產品經理 (2019/04-2020/04)

Axinan是新加坡的一間B2C網路保險公司,在東南亞各國與當地保險公司合作,提供SDK給合作夥伴、或直接使用APP進行線上保險銷售,主要業務範疇在手機、旅遊保險。自2019年年初開始,Axinan欲額外拓展B2B業務,故邀請了我來籌組、規劃B2B新業務,並預計要於一年內將B2B業務營收比例提升至公司營收30%。


新業務負責人:任B2B負責人,從0開始組建團隊並負責規劃新商業模式。一年內籌組了業務開發、產品開發、理賠審查與客戶服務四個部門,直接管理35人,分散於新加坡、馬來西亞、泰國、印尼等四個國家辦公室,並達成以下成績: 

  • 營收占比:從2019年6月開始(1%)至2020年4月(99.6%) 
  •  透過業務引入投資人:Sompo與Sintel 協助公司完成8M美金的A+輪募資 
業務開發:籌組與帶領業務團隊與東南亞Lazada、Shopee、Bukalapak、Shippit、Go-Jek與RedDoorz等11間大型電商合作,推出「買家加購式保險(B2B2C)」、「平台賣家訂閱制保險(B2B2B)」等兩項產品,並達成以下成績:

共同創辦人兼執行長 (2016/03-2019/03)

Addweup是我畢業後與兩位同學合作創立的金融科技公司,產品《UChange2 有錢途》是提供給機場的換匯商店的一項產品,讓離境的外籍旅客可以透過手機網頁,將剩餘的當地貨幣換回並存入母國的電子錢包中。由於團隊人力精簡,我主要負責產品開發、業務開發與籌集資金。Addweup陸續於2017、2018年完成兩輪共一千萬元的募資,公司於2019年將部分業務、產品出售並結束營業。


產品開發: 帶領6位夥伴一同開發《UChange2 有錢途》產品,從產品發想、市場調查、使用者訪談、流程設計與產品迭代更新。讓各國客戶可以用自己的手機,在離境機場內可以以常用語言、簡易操作流程與最迅速的使用方式,完成整體換匯操作。《UChange2 有錢途》產品共達成以下成績:

  • 團隊產品獲得超過40項國際產品設計獎項:包含德國reddot、iF設計獎、美國IDEA、台灣金點設計獎等相關獎項 
  • 獲得多國金融創新科技產品獎項:包含英國Fintech Award Finalist、香港GSMC、台灣Innovex等獎項

  • 大型銀行/換匯集團:開發到星馬印泰日韓港等共12間國銀行/換匯店Fintech、線上業務部門進行合作,並成功於香港、馬來西亞機場進行試營運 
  • 各國電子錢包:開發到東南亞各國超過30間電子錢包/點數/慈善機構等進行合作,包含微信支付、支付寶、Go-Pay、Asia Miles等知名公司進行串接 
  • 各國監管機構:與中國人民銀行、馬來西亞Bank Negara、新加坡MAS、香港HKMA等各國監管機構進行洽談與溝通,同時配合調整產品符合各地規範 
公司經營與資金募集:從0開始籌備公司,公司夥伴自3位共同創辦人開始,成長至最高12人團隊。於2017年完成天使輪3萬美金、2017年30萬美金與各項政府補助申請,並維持公司運作共三年。至2019年3月結束時,替當下10名團隊成員找到後續工作並提供資金支持。

NEXT COMMERCIAL BANK

Corporate Banking Product Owner | Senior Strategy Manager (May 2020 - Present)

NEXT COMMERCIAL BANK is the first batch of neo-bank in Taiwan. We don’t have physical branches and sales staff to promote banking services. Therefore, in the position of “Senior Strategy Manager”, my job is leading the BD team to a built partnership with cooperation. Especially for internet companies with huge numbers of users, and big corporations with independent channels to help our growth. Here a the milestone for me and my teammates to achieve in this position: 

  • Developing partners: including 50+ partner ss such as GoShare, FoodPanda, and STARLUX Airlines. 
  • Helping team member to partnership with 20+ partners, such as 7-11, Wemo. 
I’m also in charge of corporate banking products. I working closely with legal affairs, compliance, risk management team. Planning strategy for future SME product with them, and negotiate with the government to improve the law to fit our product role map.

Axinan Ltd. (Singapore)

B2B Product Owner | Senior Product Manager (Apr 2019 - Apr 2020)

Axinan is a B2C online insurance APP company in Singapore. It cooperates with local insurance companies in Southeast Asian countries, and provide SDK for partners or directly sale mobile insurance with APP. Since 2019, Axinan intends to expand its B2B business, so it invited me to organize and plan new B2B business. 


Owner of new business: As the person in charge of B2B, I build a team from 0 and be responsible for planning a new business model. My team had 35 members, sepreatign in Axinan’s Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia country offices. Here are the achievement: 

  • Revenue ratio: From June 2019 (1%) to April 2020 (99.6%). 
  • Fundraising: Helping Axinan finished serise A+ round of $8M. 

Business Development: Organize and leading the BD team to partnership with 11 large e-commerce companies in Southeast Asia, including Lazada, Shopee, Bukalapak, Shippit, Go-Jek and RedDoorz. Builing "Buyer Insurance (B2B2C)" and "Sellers Subscription Insurance (B2B2B)".

Addweup Ltd.

Co-founder & CEO (Mar 2016 - Mar 2019)

Addweup is a fintech company founded by me and my classmates after graduation. Our product "UChange2" provided small amount exchange for currency exchange counter at the airport, and they can help departure foreign passenger to save it into their E-wallet. I responsible for product development, BD and fund-raising in the same time. Addweup successively finished two rounds fundrasing in total 10M. We sold part of businesses and products, closed operations in 2019.


Product Development: Lead 6 members to develop the "UChange2" product started from ideas, market research, user interviews, process design and iteration updates. We allow user from various countries to use it by their own mobile phones, and complete the entire process in theircommon languages. Here are the following acheveiment: 

  • "UChange2" won 40+ international product design awards: including reddot, iF design award, IDEA, Taiwan GoldenDot design award. 
  • Won multi-national Fintechawards: including British Fintech Award Finalist, Hong Kong GSMC, Taiwan Innovex and others. 
  • First-time user operation time: 385 seconds (v1.0) → 41 seconds (v.4.2)

Business development: Lead 4 members to cooperate with banks/exchange groups, e-wallets, and financial regulatory agencies in various Asian countries. The main purpose of negotiating with currency exchange shops is to provide "UChange2" service for free to get user. Partnership with E-wallets in various countries can provide more ways for user to save their the money back. Here are the achievements:
  • Banks/exchange groups: Signed 12 national banks/exchange group in total. Including SG, MY, ID, TH, JP, KR, and HK. Successfully conducted trial operations in HKG and KUL airports.
  • E-wallets: Partnership with more than 30 e-wallets/points/charities in Southeast Asian countries, including WeChat Pay, Alipay, Go-Pay, Asia Miles. 
  • Regulatory agencies:Communicate in various countries such as the People's Bank of China, Bank Negara Malaysia, Singapore MAS, Hong Kong HKMA, etc., and coordinate with the adjustment of products to fit local regulations.
Company operation and fund raising: Prepare the company from 0, and the company partners start with 3 co-founders and develop into a team of up to 12 people. In 2017, it completed an angel round of financing of US$30,000. In 2018, it raised US$300,000 and beneficiary government grant applications until and maintained the company's operations for a total of three years.

I’m good at building product and developing businesses, and I prefer to do those both ways for work. 


I failed to start my own business, and I have helped others to succeed. I participated twice in the recruitment of every partner in my team. I have been managed for 35 members, and building team with high unity. 


Design thinking and data driven mindset is already into my product developing process. Those products not only won for 40+ international design awards, but also with tens of millions of orders per month.

企金產品負責人 | 資深策略經理 (2020/05-仍在職)

將來商業銀行是台灣第一批純網路銀行,其特點為無實體分行、無業務員可推廣銀行服務。因此在資深策略經理一職,主要任務為找到具有大量用戶的網路服務、實體通路,透過合作獲取客戶以及曝光,並且從構思規劃開始,一路與團隊夥伴落地執行每一項規劃與推廣。


生態圈業務開發:任策略部門生態圈業務開發專案負責人,以不同客群的服務、企業為合作目標,制定戰略合作框架與撰寫標準化開發流程與團隊一同執行。除透過自有人脈接觸外,也透過陌生開發經歷找到各公司的合作窗口,並達成以下相關成績:

  • 直接開發合作夥伴:約50間合作夥伴,包含GoShare、FoodPanda、星宇航空等合作夥伴,除談定商業條件外,同時規劃曝光策略
  • 協助團隊開發合作夥伴:提供相關工具、素材以及標準化開發方式給團隊夥伴使用。成功洽談約20間合作夥伴,如7-11、Wemo等公司
企業金融產品負責人:制定與規劃將來銀行發展法人金融相關業務產品,並且同步與法務、法遵、風控等部門合作,推動主管機關與銀行公會修改《數位存款帳戶作業範本》之具體條文修改,符合目前產品規劃執行方向。

新加坡Axinan公司

B2B負責人 | 資深產品經理 (2019/04-2020/04)

Axinan是新加坡的一間B2C網路保險公司,在東南亞各國與當地保險公司合作,提供SDK給合作夥伴、或直接使用APP進行線上保險銷售,主要業務範疇在手機、旅遊保險。自2019年年初開始,Axinan欲額外拓展B2B業務,故邀請了我來籌組、規劃B2B新業務,並預計要於一年內將B2B業務營收比例提升至公司營收30%。


新業務負責人:任B2B負責人,從0開始組建團隊並負責規劃新商業模式。一年內籌組了業務開發、產品開發、理賠審查與客戶服務四個部門,直接管理35人,分散於新加坡、馬來西亞、泰國、印尼等四個國家辦公室,並達成以下成績: 

  • 營收占比:從2019年6月開始(1%)至2020年4月(99.6%) 
  •  透過業務引入投資人:Sompo與Sintel 協助公司完成8M美金的A+輪募資 
業務開發:籌組與帶領業務團隊與東南亞Lazada、Shopee、Bukalapak、Shippit、Go-Jek與RedDoorz等11間大型電商合作,推出「買家加購式保險(B2B2C)」、「平台賣家訂閱制保險(B2B2B)」等兩項產品,並達成以下成績:

艾威奧普股份有限公司 Addweup

共同創辦人兼執行長 (2016/03-2019/03)

Addweup是我畢業後與兩位同學合作創立的金融科技公司,產品《UChange2 有錢途》是提供給機場的換匯商店的一項產品,讓離境的外籍旅客可以透過手機網頁,將剩餘的當地貨幣換回並存入母國的電子錢包中。由於團隊人力精簡,我主要負責產品開發、業務開發與籌集資金。Addweup陸續於2017、2018年完成兩輪共一千萬元的募資,公司於2019年將部分業務、產品出售並結束營業。


產品開發: 帶領6位夥伴一同開發《UChange2 有錢途》產品,從產品發想、市場調查、使用者訪談、流程設計與產品迭代更新。讓各國客戶可以用自己的手機,在離境機場內可以以常用語言、簡易操作流程與最迅速的使用方式,完成整體換匯操作。《UChange2 有錢途》產品共達成以下成績:

  • 團隊產品獲得超過40項國際產品設計獎項:包含德國reddot、iF設計獎、美國IDEA、台灣金點設計獎等相關獎項 
  • 獲得多國金融創新科技產品獎項:包含英國Fintech Award Finalist、香港GSMC、台灣Innovex等獎項
  • 首次使用者操作時間:385秒 (v1.0) → 41秒 (v.4.2)

業務開發:帶領4位夥伴一同針對亞洲各國的大型銀行/換匯集團、電子錢包、各國金融監管機構進行合作洽談。與換匯店洽談之主要目的,為免費提供《UChange2 有錢途》服務至其機場櫃檯,並提供該行匯率給客戶知悉。洽談各國電子錢包之主要目的,為提供客戶將剩餘貨幣存回選項,並且向各間電子錢包抽取相關金流手續費。以下為相關成績: 
  • 大型銀行/換匯集團:開發到星馬印泰日韓港等共12間國銀行/換匯店Fintech、線上業務部門進行合作,並成功於香港、馬來西亞機場進行試營運 
  • 各國電子錢包:開發到東南亞各國超過30間電子錢包/點數/慈善機構等進行合作,包含微信支付、支付寶、Go-Pay、Asia Miles等知名公司進行串接 
  • 各國監管機構:與中國人民銀行、馬來西亞Bank Negara、新加坡MAS、香港HKMA等各國監管機構進行洽談與溝通,同時配合調整產品符合各地規範 
公司經營與資金募集:從0開始籌備公司,公司夥伴自3位共同創辦人開始,成長至最高12人團隊。於2017年完成天使輪3萬美金、2017年30萬美金與各項政府補助申請,並維持公司運作共三年。至2019年3月結束時,替當下10名團隊成員找到後續工作並提供資金支持。

NEXT COMMERCIAL BANK

Corporate Banking Product Owner | Senior Strategy Manager (May 2020 - Present)

NEXT COMMERCIAL BANK is the first batch of neo-bank in Taiwan. We don’t have physical branches and sales staff to promote banking services. Therefore, in the position of “Senior Strategy Manager”, my job is leading the BD team to a built partnership with cooperation. Especially for internet companies with huge numbers of users, and big corporations with independent channels to help our growth. Here a the milestone for me and my teammates to achieve in this position: 

  • Developing partners: including 50+ partner ss such as GoShare, FoodPanda, and STARLUX Airlines. 
  • Helping team member to partnership with 20+ partners, such as 7-11, Wemo. 
I’m also in charge of corporate banking products. I working closely with legal affairs, compliance, risk management team. Planning strategy for future SME product with them, and negotiate with the government to improve the law to fit our product role map.

Axinan Ltd. (Singapore)

B2B Product Owner | Senior Product Manager (Apr 2019 - Apr 2020)

Axinan is a B2C online insurance APP company in Singapore. It cooperates with local insurance companies in Southeast Asian countries, and provide SDK for partners or directly sale mobile insurance with APP. Since 2019, Axinan intends to expand its B2B business, so it invited me to organize and plan new B2B business. 


Owner of new business: As the person in charge of B2B, I build a team from 0 and be responsible for planning a new business model. My team had 35 members, sepreatign in Axinan’s Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia country offices. Here are the achievement: 

  • Revenue ratio: From June 2019 (1%) to April 2020 (99.6%). 
  • Fundraising: Helping Axinan finished serise A+ round of $8M. 

Business Development: Organize and leading the BD team to partnership with 11 large e-commerce companies in Southeast Asia, including Lazada, Shopee, Bukalapak, Shippit, Go-Jek and RedDoorz. Builing "Buyer Insurance (B2B2C)" and "Sellers Subscription Insurance (B2B2B)".

Addweup Ltd.

Co-founder & CEO (Mar 2016 - Mar 2019)

Addweup is a fintech company founded by me and my classmates after graduation. Our product "UChange2" provided small amount exchange for currency exchange counter at the airport, and they can help departure foreign passenger to save it into their E-wallet. I responsible for product development, BD and fund-raising in the same time. Addweup successively finished two rounds fundrasing in total 10M. We sold part of businesses and products, closed operations in 2019.


Product Development: Lead 6 members to develop the "UChange2" product started from ideas, market research, user interviews, process design and iteration updates. We allow user from various countries to use it by their own mobile phones, and complete the entire process in theircommon languages. Here are the following acheveiment: 

  • "UChange2" won 40+ international product design awards: including reddot, iF design award, IDEA, Taiwan GoldenDot design award. 
  • Won multi-national Fintechawards: including British Fintech Award Finalist, Hong Kong GSMC, Taiwan Innovex and others. 
  • First-time user operation time: 385 seconds (v1.0) → 41 seconds (v.4.2)

Business development: Lead 4 members to cooperate with banks/exchange groups, e-wallets, and financial regulatory agencies in various Asian countries. The main purpose of negotiating with currency exchange shops is to provide "UChange2" service for free to get user. Partnership with E-wallets in various countries can provide more ways for user to save their the money back. Here are the achievements:
  • Banks/exchange groups: Signed 12 national banks/exchange group in total. Including SG, MY, ID, TH, JP, KR, and HK. Successfully conducted trial operations in HKG and KUL airports.
  • E-wallets: Partnership with more than 30 e-wallets/points/charities in Southeast Asian countries, including WeChat Pay, Alipay, Go-Pay, Asia Miles. 
  • Regulatory agencies:Communicate in various countries such as the People's Bank of China, Bank Negara Malaysia, Singapore MAS, Hong Kong HKMA, etc., and coordinate with the adjustment of products to fit local regulations.
Company operation and fund raising: Prepare the company from 0, and the company partners start with 3 co-founders and develop into a team of up to 12 people. In 2017, it completed an angel round of financing of US$30,000. In 2018, it raised US$300,000 and beneficiary government grant applications until and maintained the company's operations for a total of three years.
